Understanding the Importance of Meditation


Meditation is more than just a practice; it’s a way to train and reset your brain. While there are many forms of meditation, the core principle remains the same – it allows you to connect with your inner self, beyond the constant chatter of your thoughts.


Starting the Energy Cleanse Meditation


Find a Comfortable Position

Contrary to popular belief, meditation doesn’t require any specific posture. You can meditate while lying in bed or sitting comfortably. The key is to be in a position where you can relax fully.

Grounding with Breath

Begin with deep breaths to refresh and energize yourself. Breathing deeply helps in centering your mind and preparing it for meditation.

Visualizing the Energy Flow

Imagine a rope extending from your feet to the center of the earth, grounding your energy. Then, visualize an opening at the top of your head and imagine energy flowing from the sky into your body, filling you with vibrant, healing light. Feel free to use any color of light that resonates with you.

Activating Self Energy Healing

Rub your hands together to generate energy and then gently run them over your body. This process helps in clearing your chakras and releasing any unwanted energy. Focus on each energy point as you do this.

Completing the Meditation

When you feel energized and cleansed, imagine closing the opening at the top of your head, cutting off the energy flow. Gently disconnect the grounding rope and bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
