Understanding Small ‘t’ Trauma


Often, we associate trauma with significant, life-altering events. However, I want to introduce you to the concept of small ‘t’ trauma – everyday experiences during childhood where your needs weren’t met. These might seem minor, but they can have a profound impact on your subconscious mind, especially considering that our brains are highly malleable and in a near-hypnotic state until about the age of seven.


How Small ‘t’ Trauma Affects Manifestation


The limiting beliefs created from these small ‘t’ traumas can be the very roadblocks preventing you from manifesting your desires. For instance, an unmet expectation in childhood, like a parent missing a recital, might embed a belief like “I can’t count on people.” These beliefs then subconsciously influence how we act and perceive the world, affecting our ability to manifest.


Healing from Trauma for Manifestation


Healing these traumas involves delving into your subconscious mind to identify and release these limiting beliefs. Techniques like hypnosis can be incredibly effective.
