So you’ve set your manifestation intention. You’ve done the visualizations or or made yourself a sweet little vision board. You’ve written it down and held all that energy in your heart space trying to harness the energy of already having it.

But then comes the hard part.

Now what?

One of the most popular questions I get when it comes to manifesting is “When will my manifestation come true?”

Or, more accurately, “OMG I’ve already done alllll the things! Where on earth is it??”

Like I said, this is the hard part! And it’s easy to see why: when you’re excited, you’re also a bit impatient. You want things to just happen–right now–and at the very least, you want some evidence that they’re actually coming true.

Because of course, no one–not even the best psychic–can tell you this!The only true answer is: it depends.

I always say, manifesting only works as well as you do. That’s because so much of it is actually under your control. Think about your limiting beliefs, your emotional state, your ability to trust. All of these things are in that little brain of yours–not in the hands of the Universe.

Manifesting is actually easy AF. But we’re the hard part. So successful manifestation is really just all about the art of getting out of your own way.

It’s not hocus-pocus. It’s mindset and positive psychology and–the big one–actually just picking something to focus on! (So many people don’t even get that far!)

To make a long story short, no, I can’t tell you when and where your manifestation will arrive!


But the cool thing is that the Universe is probably already sending you some strong signals that you are on the right path.


Sometimes when you’re losing faith even the smallest hint from the Universe is enough to keep you going. But it helps to know what to look out for! Which is why I created this guide for you.

7 Signs Your Manifestation Is On Its Way


Manifestation Sign #1:

You’ll Receive A Test


As you might already be well aware of, many times on the road to successful manifesting also holds a test. But rest assured, this has nothing to do with your worthiness! It’s more about testing your readiness.

The Universe just wants to know just how serious you are about your desires before allowing the real deal to show up. So think of these moments as the Universe’s way of asking “So for real dude, are you sure you want this?”

Tests can take many forms. Sometimes things will appear to go wrong before they go right. Other times, you’ll get something that is closebutnotquite to what you really want to manifest. (Frustrating!)

But all of those situations are just a sign that you’re on the verge of making a breakthrough. You simply need to keep the faith through the darkness and turn away from anything that isn’t quite right.

This can be tough to do in practice but just remember that the Universe has already heard your desire. It’s already happening. You just need to hold space for when it does.


Manifestation Sign #2:

You See 1111 (or 111)


All repeating numbers (or angel numbers as they’re also known) have important meanings. But the numbers 1111 have a special symbolism that relates to manifestation. The numbers themselves literally represent two doorways: one for this world and one for the next.

That’s why the number 1111 symbolizes a literal connection with the Universe itself and more importantly, an opportunity that’s waiting for your. So seeing 1111 or 111 is a definite sign that the Universe is already hard at work for your desires. Pay attention when you notice this number sequence and be thankful when you happen to see it!


Manifestation Sign #3:

You Experience Synchronicity


Synchronicity is one my favorite manifestation signs! We’ve all experienced moments like this. Think about that time when you thought about an old friend and the next day they added you on Facebook. Or maybe once you were inspired to listen to an old favorite song and for the next week you hear that same song absolutely everywhere.

Those little signs are all evidence that the Universe is already playing with you! It’s just a very magical way of saying hello and reminding you that you’re always being supported. So pay attention to when those synchronicities start piling up faster and faster! That’s a sure sign that you’re on the right track.


Manifestation Sign #4:

You See Your Wish Everywhere


Sometimes when you want to manifest something, you’ll start to see it literally everywhere around you. For example, say you want the latest iPhone. It’ll suddenly seem to be on TV, over the radio at the grocery store, sitting across from you on the train. It’s not your imagination in overdrive and it’s not a mere coincidence!

Sometimes our reality gives us glimmers of what’s about to come to us. So these moments are visual proof that you’re manifesting your wish into your reality (even if it hasn’t quite arrived just yet). So get when you notice them! It’s a sure sign your manifestation wish is about to become your reality.


Manifestation Sign #5:

Stepping Stones Appear For You


Stepping stones are part of the path that is leading you towards your desire. But what does that mean, you might be wondering!

To expand on the synchronicity idea, the right people/places/things are being brought to you at exactly the right time! But they don’t always look exactly like our manifestation intention. Sometimes you’re just receiving one part of the bigger puzzle. So it’s your job to take the bait, knowing that your dream still lies at the end of the pathway.

If something shows up in your reality that appears to be taking you on a mission, then get happy and take the hint! It might not all make sense right now but often that’s the best way for magic to find us. Trust that the Universe definitely has plans for you and it’s simply up to you to take the hint.


Manifestation Sign #6:

You Receive Signs From Your Guides


Your spirit guides are always working with you, although you probably don’t notice their presence most of the time. But when your manifestation is just about to come true and you’re in danger of losing faith, they might just choose to make an appearance.

If you’re new to this idea, don’t worry! A ghost isn’t about to jump out of your closet. ????

Instead, our spirit guides like to send us little “love notes” or pop up as a voice that we hear in our mind. Perhaps you find feathers or coins, or maybe you randomly hear a song that has some lyrics that strike your heart. Or perhaps you seemingly hear two words, that hold some inspiration or knowledge. Whatever it might be, just be sure that you’re paying attention so you don’t miss the magic that’s close at hand.


Manifestation Sign #7:

You See A Rainbows Or Butterflies



Do you have something that reminds you of happy times in your past? It’s common to associate butterflies or rainbows (or unicorns or rabbits etc.) with moments of good fortune and happiness. Pay close attention to these things, even if they’re don’t always show up in the expected form! (For example, a picture of a rainbow instead of an actual rainbow etc.)

For example, Gabrielle Bernstein makes no secret about her love of owls. In her book The Universe Has Your Back, she shared a story that she was considering buying a house in upstate New York. But she was determined to see an owl first to know that it was the right decision. I won’t spoil the story for you but she did see the owl and in turn purchased the house!

When you are manifesting something into your world, you can feel free to ask for a sign like Gabby did. Or you can just become aware for the signs that might be popping up for you. (Hint: they change for different times in our life!)


BONUS Manifestation Sign:

You Just Feel It


The ultimate manifestation sign? Simply knowing that it’s going to happen of course! However this sign is up to you, not the outer world which is why it’s a bonus.

Achieving your manifestation often isn’t all fireworks and champagne corks. Often receiving our wishes goes hand in hand with a quiet confidence and sense of knowing.
There’s simply no doubt or worry left in your mind because you feel your intention with your whole heart.

We all want to achieve this state with manifesting–because of course, feeling comes before having! So your feelings can be the biggest sign of all!

Because when you already have that strong inner belief, you can also safely release your expectations. You’re so close to being there that you already surrendered to the process and that’s the real trick to manifestation. When you’re really feeling it, you truly know it’s all becoming real.

How To Become Unfuckwithable

Want to become unfuckwithable? I mean who wouldn’t want this:

unfuckwithable:
Adj; To be above or beyond fuckwithability. Unable to be defeated; Invincible.

Be honest! Have you ever wondered what it would be like to:

  • …Feel totally in charge of your emotions?
  • …No longer be the victim of your “good days” and “bad days”?
  • …Experience a good mood that’s almost 100% bulletproof?

I know that might sound like a total fantasy right now–but it doesn’t have to be.

Becoming unfuckwithable is actually just one simple internal shift away.

Fact: it’s only when you’re fully in charge of your thoughts and emotions that you have actual control over your life.

There’s nothing anyone can do or say to bring you out of that place.

Good days and bad days simply no longer exist.


How To Become Unfuckwithable - to be above or beyond fuckwithability


Being unfuckwithable means that you are fully in charge of the way you feel and not living your life at the mercy of the people or things around you.



It’s the ultimate in conscious living–and unfortunately–it’s also the exact opposite from the way most of us live!

Most of us still have good days and bad days.

Our emotional state is absolutely defined by the random events and circumstances in our life.

Instead of consciously acting, our life becomes dictated the world around us and by our own reactions to it.

Here’s an example:

  • One day you go to Starbucks and the person in front of you has kindly paid for your drink. (Woohoo!) This makes you so happy that you go to work and decide to give your assistant a huge public thank you for a project they just completed. In fact, your entire day seems to float happily by with everyone around you in an incredibly jovial mood. You end your day by taking a brisk walk around your hood, feeling utterly grateful for your life.
  • The next day you go to Starbucks and the barista messes up your order–three times. This makes you late for work which stresses you out so much you’re “accidentally” extremely rude to the parking lot cashier. As soon as you sit down at your desk you start complaining bitterly to those around you. But that doesn’t help. In fact, you feel a dark cloud hanging around you for the rest of the day which seems to get worse and worse. By the end of the day, you crawl onto your sofa and order takeout.

We’d all prefer to live the Example A day, right? Well here’s the thing: there’s actually a problem with both scenarios. In each case, the core issue is exactly the same: allowing the random events of the world to completely affect your mood.

In both cases, the external environment ultimately dictated the rest of your day. So even though sometimes that works out okay, when your mood is ultimately in the hands of someone else, you lose control over your ability to be truly happy.

Living this way makes you a human ping pong ball: wildly flying from one emotion to the next, with no rhyme or reason.

It’s exhausting. It’s also erratic, uneven and will eventually result in you feeling completely stressed and out of control of your own life.

It’s definitely not a healthy way to live.

But life doesn’t have to be that way.

When you choose to consciously act instead of unconsciously react, your entire perspective shifts for the better.

You’re back in the driver seat of your own emotions. You get to decide how you feel.

It no longer matters what happens at Starbucks! Your mood is even and calm, no matter what, good or bad.

You’ll realize there’s actually no such thing as a good day or bad day–there’s only the day that you have chosen create.

Once you realize that, you’ll no longer want to live a life that’s not dictated by random events.

You’ll be able to take your real power back and choose your own happiness.

Sounds pretty good right? So today I’m sharing a few ways you can become unfuckwithable and shift out of unconscious reacting into conscious action:


How To Become Unfuckwithable – Start Acting Not Reacting


How To Become Unfuckwithable Step #1:

Take Control Of Your Bubble



Start thinking of your natural energy as a bubble that constantly surrounds you.

And the only thing that can let anything into that energy bubble is you. Your mind is the gatekeeper, the decider of what sticks and what doesn’t.

Without realizing it, we all pick and choose our battles. Literally thousands of events happen to us every week but we’re the ones who ultimately choose which events we allow to into our precious bubble (and under our skin).

When you run on autopilot, it might often feel like you have no choice but to get upset about the rude waiter, early bank closure or whatever other annoying event might happen upon you–but the truth is you always do.

We all have a natural tendency to assign a negative meaning to a neutral event. For example, that might mean we interpret the tailgater behind us as someone who’s picking on us deliberately–when in reality, it’s probably just a distracted driver!

However, all you need to do to avoid the knee-jerk negative reaction is to take that neutral event and assign a different meaning to it.

One awesome way to do this is by using Byron Katie’s The Work. Essentially, it includes just four basic questions that’ll help you “flip the script” on every negative thought you have:

The Four Questions:

  1. Is it true?
  2. Can you absolutely know it’s true?
  3. How do you react—what happens—when you believe that thought?
  4. Who would you be without the thought?

How To Become Unfuckwithable Step #2:

Don’t Argue With What Is



Have you noticed? A whole lot of our own internal drama comes from us protesting things that have already happened.

When something unexpected happens in our world, we often experience an Expectation Hangover: meaning that we have a very hard time accepting that the world didn’t play out how we though it would.

But of course, no amount of protesting and complaining in the world can make the clocks rewind!

In other words, when you spend a ton of time crying about things in the past the only thing you’re actually accomplishing is wasting your precious energy.

(Not to mention replaying those events over and over in your mind makes your body react like the event is still happening, making you literally stressed out.)

Still, Expectation Hangovers are just a fact of life. When things don’t go our way or something totally unfair happens, we get upset and–goddamnit!–we really want to talk (vent/complaining) about it. We want to yell and scream and stomp about how unhappy we are even though there’s literally nothing that can be done to change things.

Again, we’re simply taking the world personally–even though 90% of the time, there’s nothing personal actually happening at all.

Think about it this way: complaining about the past is about as useful as getting angry about the fact that Mondays exist. They simply exist! Do we like them? For most people, the answer is no. But there are few people who’d bother to waste their energy by venting and screaming about it.

So get very clear on this: by the time someone has slighted you, it’s already in the past. There’s nothing you can do or say to get that moment in time back. The faster you can let it go, the faster you will feel better.

Of course, this doesn’t mean you have to become a doormat in the process. Sometimes getting an apology or getting someone to right a problem is totally warranted. But many times our intense desire to seek “justice” just makes the situation worse, by allowing to drag on much longer than necessary.


How To Become Unfuckwithable Step #3:

Stop Seeking External Validation



Far too many of us rely on the external world in order to feel good about ourselves. But this is just a trick of our own ego. When someone approves of us, it allows us to approve of ourselves. But what that’s really saying is that you value other people’s opinions above your own.

We’ve all been taught to value other people’s opinions–and to a certain degree, that’s not a bad thing. But when we start to value other people’s ideas over our own, then we lose control of our own happiness.

Again, this is just an attempt to rely on the world around us to feel a certain way–an attempt that will always fall flat in the end.

Anytime we give our own power away like this, we lose control of our own narrative.

Because of course when the source of the validation disappears, so do our feel-good feelings.

The only real antidote to seeking validation is to cultivate true self-love. When you have full confidence in yourself and your own value, you’ll no longer need to bolster your self-esteem through compliments, awards, relationships or even material goods. You’ll be able to stand confidently all on your own. (Which is soooo unfuckwithable!)

Loving ourselves for who we are might be difficult at first but it’s your most important mission in this life. If you can’t fully accept yourself, you’ll never find true happiness, even if you have fame and billions in your bank account. You’ll constantly be seeking something that will make you feel better but that only ever provides a temporary fix.


Become Unfuckwithable Step #4:

Recognize What’s Out Of Your Control



Repeat after me: other people’s shit does not have to become your shit.

You might be a beautiful, glowing beacon of awesomeness in this world but it’s not your job to make everyone see the light.

You simply cannot control what people think or how they behave.

But you always have control over how you view yourself, how you view the world and how you act.

For example, when someone treats you poorly, you must remember that those actions are on them. You get to decide what to do with it and how to react to it. But that’s it. You never get to control their part of the equation.

At times, we fool ourselves into thinking that if we’re just nice enough or loud enough (or whatever enough, then the people in our world will think, say and do what we want them to. But in the end this is an impossible game. You can do everything in your power to make this happen and will still fail at some point. So don’t wear yourself out trying.

It’s a just fact of life: people are going to occasionally let you down, hurt you or even betray you–but you must realize that’s a reflection of them, not of you.

Instead of letting it get to you, pull back and concentrate on the stuff you can control: your own thoughts, feelings and actions.


Become Unfuckwithable Step #5:

Let It Go



Learning to let things go is a super-power all its own. But unfortunately, this level of becoming unfuckwithable usually does not happen over night! Those temporary bouts of rage or irritation will continue to rear their ugly heads from time to time, even as you begin to train yourself to become stronger and more powerful.

In other words, negative reactions will happen. So be gentle with yourself when they do!
When you start to go into reaction mode, take a deep breath and try to at least hold back your outer reaction. (In other words, don’t be tempted to lash back! That usually only makes things worse and doesn’t reflect your true intentions.)

With that being said, it’s definitely okay to feel your feelings! Acknowledge them for what they are but also try to realize what has triggered you. Everything is here to teach us something but there’s no need to hold on after you’ve learned the lesson.

Once you’ve felt the feelings for a while, then it’s time to let it go. This is the best thing no matter what the situation might be. You’re no longer escalating the situation and bringing that negative reaction into the rest of your day.

Trust me–this process gets easier over time! And sometimes it just happens naturally.

For example, I used to drive regularly and I used get very upset about things like traffic, erratic drivers etc. I experienced road rage and it made the driving experience extremely stressful! But of course at the time, I didn’t attribute any of that to me. I felt like I was a victim of the drivers around me.

Fast forward to a few years later: I got a new car after not driving for a few years and with it came a surprisingly zen attitude towards driving. Suddenly all that road rage-y stuff no longer bothered me! If someone cut me off, it still sucked but I no longer took it so personally. It didn’t require me swearing or venting and it certainly wasn’t worth mentioning to my partner when I came home at night.

The only thing that really changed in that time was my attitude. The drivers and traffic were always about the same. I was simply no longer letting all of that stuff into my bubble. So miraculously, driving was no longer a stressful experience!

My experience wasn’t a conscious choice; it just happened over time. But it’s still a great way to illustrate how our own attitude creates our energy–and in turn our reality.

How To Manifest Love: 6 Proven Tricks

The human race is ultimately driven by our biology; we all possess the urge to merge! Love is a fundamental human need; we all crave partnership and affection. Long-term partnerships are one thing that distinguishes us from the animal kingdom. Human babies will actually die if they’re deprived of touch!

Love is essential to our very well-being.

So it’s no surprise that one of the most popular uses for manifesting is for attracting love!

While I’ve talked on the blog before about using Feng Shui to attract love, I haven’t yet tackled how to manifest for love.

So in the spirit of Valentine’s Day (or Singles Awareness Day ???? ), let’s dive in with some proven manifesting love techniques.


The Love Spell Caveat

I’m not a fan of specific love potions. After all, we don’t want to fuck with anyone’s free will. Remember that what you put out there you’ll also get back!

So while it’s okay to ask for love in a general way, it’s kind of a gray area about whether you want to focus in on that cute guy in accounting specifically. Do what you will of course, but that’s my love spell advice.


How To Manifest Love: 6 Proven Tricks


How To Manifest Love Technique #1:

Get Clear On What You Want


Let’s start your manifesting adventure by getting detailed about what you really want. What does being in love really look like for you? There’s no such thing as a perfect one-size-fits-all relationship. What lights you up might drive your BFF totally crazy! We all have different needs: someone to play video games with, someone to travel with, maybe even someone to build a company with.

So think about your desires and expectations and write them all down. Go beyond physical looks and occupation. What are your must-have’s? Your nice-to-have’s? What activities are important to share? And most importantly, how do you want this person to make you feel?

Finding a romantic relationship is so much more than just finding someone who ticks the superficial boxes (like tall, dark and handsome). It’s important to get clear about your own expectations for your romantic relationships for two reasons. The first is you you’ll need to recognize it when you see it. The second is that not just anyone can make you happy!

When you’re feeling lonely or unlovable, it’s easy to get excited by anyone who shows you a teeny bit of attention. But when you’re clear about your own needs, it’s much easier to determine whether the relationship is actually a good fit or just “good enough”.

(And you can do so much better than good enough!)

The Universe loves specificity. The more specific you can be with your love intention, the faster they will manifest. Just thinking about “being in love” is not very specific! But thinking about the who, what and how of what you want is.


How To Manifest Love Technique #2:

Recognize It


Love encompasses much more than just romantic love. It’s actually all around you, day in and day out. If you’re coming from a scarcity mentality, the biggest hurdle to overcome is your own perception of it. Love is not a rare or unusual thing so you need to stop thinking about it that way.

Begin by training yourself to notice love in the world around you, from your personal relationships to images in media to the people in your neighbourhood. For example, I’ve felt my heart break a little (in a good way!) from watching older couples walk down the street hand in hand. Despite all the madness in the world at large, love is still plentiful. All you need to do is train yourself to see it.

The law of attraction teaches that you focus on always expands. So if you want to experience more love in your life, start noticing the million and one ways it’s manifesting in front of you every day.


How To Manifest Love Technique #3:

Reframe Your Limiting Beliefs


Limiting beliefs run rampant, especially when it comes to finding true love and romantic relationships. There’s a million lame excuses I’ve heard from people looking for partners! But it’s important to realize that those excuses are usually just a defence mechanism. When we feel rejected or unlovable, we want to point the blame elsewhere.

To see if you’re suffering from limiting beliefs, start to notice any definitive negative statements you might be making (or thinking) about love: “There aren’t any good men left”, “I’m too old”, “I’m too unattractive” etc.

The first step is to recognize is that these statements aren’t even true! Yet we cling to them rather than taking ownership for our actions.

Secondly, it’s critical to realize that your beliefs literally create the world you live in. So do you want to live in a world where no one can commit or great partners are scarce? If not, then it’s time to stop thinking and saying those very things! Remember that a handful of lackluster dating experiences are not a good barometer for the entire population. Take a deep breath and try to have a little perspective about yourself and the dating experience as a whole.


How To Manifest Love Technique #4:

Date Yourself


It’s true what they say: you need to love yourself before anyone else can. So take a look at your own self-care routine. Hopefully you’re covering your basic needs at the minimum: getting enough sleep, eating well and doing physical exercise.

But when was the last time you did something for yourself that was truly indulgent? You don’t have to wait for the guy to show up before you start doing the things that you truly enjoy! Think of this as self care on steroids. It might mean getting a pedicure, booking a weekend away or just going out for a nice glass of wine all on your own. Getting out there and actually doing the things you like is a great way of telling the Universe what you want more of.

Remember, if you don’t love and treat yourself well, it’s going to be difficult for other people to do so. You teach the world how you want to be treated. So no matter how down or lonely you might be feeling, aim to make self-care a big priority.


How To Manifest Love Technique #5:

Send Out Your Love


Now that you’ve spent some time learning to recognize love in the world around you, it’s time to start giving it back. Love is a strong frequency and sending love into the world just means you’re going to receive more of it back.

Metta meditation (also known as loving kindness meditation) is a wonderful way to do this. This simple practice simply involves sending out loving intentions to the people around you.

Giving away your energy might seem strange at first but look at it this way:
You know that feeling when you’re really excited to give a gift to a friend? Metta meditation should feel that good and exciting! (Plus it’s particularly effective when you direct your meditation towards someone that you’re currently irritated or upset with.)

When it comes to romance, you can also practice sending love towards a particular person or crush. But there’s a catch. Love must always be given freely! If you start to send your love their way with the strong intention that this person is going to fall in love with you in return, you’re essentially casting a love spell. (Which can be a violation of free will and might open up a host of other issues. Be careful what you wish for, basically.)

On the other side, love given freely is a beautiful entity and giving that energy away feels good (for both people). And if you’re an incredibly crush-prone person (like me!), that’s an incredibly empowering thing.


How To Manifest Love Technique #6:

Write Them A Letter


Words are powerful miniature spells in their own right. You always have the power to speak your desires into existence.

So think back to the dream relationship you wrote down in the first exercise. Why not start talking to that person like they’re actually here? You totally can. What would you be saying to them right now? First thing in the morning? Last thing before bed? Have a conversation out loud with them in your car or in the shower. Or if you can’t bring yourself to actually do it out loud, write a letter, email or even a nice long text.

Having conversations or writing letters isn’t crazy. It’s actually just a powerful visualization exercise. It’s envisioning yourself in that happy fictional future and it’s by far one of the best ways I’ve found to feel those loving feelings before the event actually happens.

So though it sounds a little nutty, don’t scoff because feeling is always the real trick to manifesting!

And again, this exercise works best when you’re not envisioning an actual person in this role. We don’t want to fuck up our magic but pulling on someone else’s energetic chain. Everyone is entitled to their own free will, which is why I advocate doing non-specific love spells instead of specific ones.

How To Make Magic Chase You

Sometimes doesn’t it seem like some people are born lucky or just have a natural knack for manifesting?

Things seem to happen for them–just like magic. But that can be frustrating to the rest of us, especially when we’re struggling to create the things we want in life.

At first, it might be easy to believe those people just have something you don’t. But let me assure you, it’s not simply a matter of luck. You weren’t born either with or without the ability to manifest.

It’s something everyone can do–and in fact, it’s something we’re all doing all the time.

You are the one who ultimately creates your own magic. You decide on the way you see the world, good or bad. You decide on whether you are powerful…nor not. And you choose on whether you et to play with the energy around you or whether you’re forced to beg, plead or manipulate it.

Living magically is a choice. It’s an outlook. An attitude.

And since that choice is yours to make, why wouldn’t you choose to live with more magic? Step into your true power and flex those manifesting muscles of yours?

Yet of course, most people don’t ever tap into this power. Despite their real inner desires, they cling onto the old programmed belief that magic either doesn’t work or is too complicated or somehow beyond them.

But neither of those things are true–unless you decide to make them true!

Living magically is how we all want to live. We all want synchronicities to just line up for us. We all want to flow our way into desire after desire.

Manifesting and magic just makes things easier. Not to mention, it makes life a whole lot more fun.

I mean doesn’t this sound good?

  • You pull into a crowded mall parking lot and someone begins to back out of their spot right as you approach it
  • One day you’re thinking you need to meet a certain leader in your industry, and at a dinner party you attend the next week, you randomly meet them
  • Or you’re in a bookstore looking for advice on a certain topic and a relevant book falls off the shelf in front of you

Here’s a personal story about the power of magic:

I once received a bill in the mail. While I was expecting it, I didn’t know what the amount was going to be. So as I stood there holding the envelope in my hands, I took a moment and thought: “I’ll be happy if this is less than €100”.

And the amount? €95!

(Of course now I wish I’d thought of an even lower number! ???? )

This definitely involved some accurate guessing on my part but I’m not going to discount the magic at play. Intention + energy = manfestation.

Above all, I was happy for the service I received and happy to pay for it. Instead of dreading or resisting it, I turned receiving the bill into a fun game.

That’s a choice that we all have the power to make.

Bottom line: we all have the power to invite a little more magic into our life, to play with our desires and outcomes. So why wouldn’t you want to?

With that in mind, today I’m giving you four different solutions that’ll make you totally magnetic to your desires (or in other words, how to make magic chase you).


4 Ways To Make Magic Chase You


Make Magic Chase You Tip #1:

Become Magnetic & Keep Your Vibe Up



“Your vibe attracts your tribe” as they say! And it’s true: your energy affects and creates everything in the world around you!

So, honeybuns, don’t you dare forget for even a second that your energy is always the most important thing. Your life is a direct reflection of your feelings and beliefs. That can be a tough pill to swallow when things are falling to shit but it’s still the truth.

Here’s an example: we can all think of a Negative Nelly in our world, someone who just cannot seem to stop complaining–even when things are going well. Now ask yourself: how does your energy feel after spending time with that person? I’m guessing: not so great.

Perhaps you even tried to get control back and tried to cheer them up. But that probably didn’t work out. Instead, after you left the interaction you felt a bit icky and a lot depleted. Of course, energy can be contagious and if we spend time in the wrong situations it can drag our energy down.

But who wants to have that happen time and time again? Not me–and as it turns out, not the Universe either!

The Universe ultimately has no choice but to hand that person more of what they’re creating.

If someone is determined to be down all the time and see only the worst in the world, they’re ultimately going to find more and more of that negativity.

But if you put good vibes out instead? That’s what you’ll reap in return. In the end, cultivating a happy grateful attitude is magic in itself. It opens you up to the co-creation process and rewards your playful attitude with a lot more fun along the way.

Never forget that your magic is in your hands! Want more good things? Then put yourself in that energy. Otherwise risk letting yourself sink into the negativity trap and creating more of what you don’t want.

Making the effort to lift up your energy will always result in more of that happiness and synchronicity right back to you.

Aim For Alignment


Time for some self-honesty: are your actions truly supporting your thoughts, feelings and desires? For most of us, alignment is a tricky thing indeed! We say and think one thing while acting in a completely different manner.

That’s because humans are complicated creatures! While we all crave change, we also prefer the safety of the world we already know. While our conscious mind has all kinds of grand ideas for our life, our subconscious brain clings to the safety of the past.

Hence, the reason why we tend to live much of our lives on unintentional autopilot. But all levels of your actions and thoughts create your energy. So if you’re not in alignment with your desires, your behavior might make it seem like you don’t really want what you say you want. It creates a disconnect and the Universe is simply picking up on your mixed signals by giving you back mixed results.

Staying in alignment takes some true self-awareness and oodles of discipline. In other words, don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t magically transform your whole life overnight!

We’re all a work in progress so just do the best you can. If you get just 1% better every day, you’re still making progress towards what you want.

Just don’t shy away from being real with yourself. Once you start to notice all the ways that you’re getting in your own way, it’ll become that much easier to make more positive choices in the future.

Stay Grateful


Have you ever given a gift to someone who was totally not appreciative of it? I certainly have and it sucked basketballs. Let me tell you, that ungrateful behavior certainly did not make me want to give that person a gift ever again.

Consider this babe: the Universe is handing you juicy gifts all the time. So how are you receiving them?

It’s all too easy to get caught up on what we still want to receive while forgetting to be thankful for what we just got. But if you’re serious about becoming magnetic to your desires, you do not treat the Universe like that! I mean, why on earth should the Universe give you even more stuff if you don’t even notice what you’ve already got?

It doesn’t matter where you’re at in this current moment. Even if you’re struggling, there’s always room to find gratitude.

We all have something to be grateful for. That might be: a warm flat, clean water, a shower with great pressure, healthy food etc etc. Plus remember that if you’re reading this post, you’re already one of the luckier citizens on the planet who already possesses a computer or phone!

As much as you want call in more big beautiful things into your world, don’t get overly fixated on the things you don’t have. There’ll always be something more that you want in life and if you don’t learn how to be happy in the present moment, you’ll never find happiness!


Become Magnetic & Make Magic Chase You Tip #4:

Release Control


Are you a control freak? Don’t be shy to admit it dear! (I know I certainly can be.) That’s exactly how I know that being controlling is exactly the wrong attitude when it comes to magic and manifesting.

So why is that?

First of all, we only try to control things when we don’t have faith that they will work without our help. In other words, magical micromanaging suggests a lack of faith in either your abilities or in the magic capabilities of the Universe.

Second, the dynamics of manifesting are exactly the same as the real world. Just think about your last micromanaging superior at work. The more they stood over you and tried to micro-control your work, the less you probably felt like working–much less turning in your best. There’s something about that fundamental lack of trust that makes us want to give up.

It’s the same with manifesting energetics. When you feel pushed to do something, our automatic reaction is to resist. So please try to avoid that trap with your manifesting!

Set as many intentions as you like but at the end of the day, you have to let go with complete faith that some things are just out of your hands. But trust me, the Universe is much more clever than we are.

In the end, controlling energy is always frenetic and rigid whereas true trust is the strongest energy of all.

The 21 Universal Laws & How To Use Them

The Law of Attraction gets all the glory but did you know it’s not the only universal law?

Far from it actually! There’s actually a whole lot more where that came from: there are 21 universal laws in fact! (Or even more depending on your source!)

These laws govern the universe and everything in it.



They help us to understand how everything works together in order and harmony.

And no, they’re not law according to science but that doesn’t mean they’re not true. If you look around, you’ll begin to see evidence of them everywhere. (Besides, you can’t see the law of gravity though either right?)

Trying to defy the laws is futile. You might be think you’re doing it for a little while but it’ll catch up with you eventually – usually with a whole lotta drama, struggle and conflict!

Learning to live in accordance with the universal laws will bring you a happier and more fulfilled life.

You’ll find less struggle and more flow. You’ll find more certainty and less confusion. You’ll feel supported as you let them help you navigate through your life’s path.

Create Magic! How To Use The 21 Universal Laws


Universal Law #1:

The Law of One


Separation is an illusion. Everyone and everything is connected to everyone and everything else. We’re all part of the same creation, all part of the same collective consciousness, all part of the same vibration. The more false barriers we put up between us (race, socio-economic status, clique etc.) the less in touch we become with ourselves.


Universal Law #2:

Law of Vibration/Energy


Everything is energy! Everything in the entire Universe is made up of a vibration. This is true in physics as with everything else. Energy can only transform, never die. It must go forward or back, but it can never stand still because that is stagnation. The only thing we have control over is the level of vibration.


Universal Law #3:

Law of Correspondence



As above, so below! The Law of Correspondence is sometimes also called the Law of Attraction. But it’s all the same thing: like attracts like. What happens on the inside gets reflected on the outside and what you focus on expands. Getting stuck in a negativity-spiral only brings more negative events while concentrating on happiness brings more of the same. (And the choice is yours!)


Universal Law #4:

Law of Cause and Effect



Every action we take has a reaction or consequence. We reap what we sow and you get back what you put out. So basically you can’t take negative action and not expect to feel some kick-back! It’s always wise to consider the true ramifications of your actions!


Universal Law #5:

Law of Resistance



What you resist persists. You can’t stick your head in the sand and ignore your life! Failing to acknowledge a situation means you’re not really stepping up and dealing with it. And attempting to avoid it means it’s not going to go away! Resistance is fear and you must learn to conquer your fear if you want to resolve your issues.


Universal Law #6:

Law of Transmutation



Every single one of us has the power to change our reality through transmutation. Creating a higher vibration vibrations allows us to transmute the lower ones. It’s all up to us to make the effort to change our own life!


Universal Law #7:

Law of Manifestation



Thoughts + action = manifestation. Everything that we’ve created began as a thought. If you want to change your life, the change begins inside your own head. You have to dream of it before it can ever happen! The limits you put on yourself are the only things holding you back.


Universal Law #8:

Law of Belief



The thoughts we hold in our mind influence our world. Our words, feelings and behaviour also affect the world around us and our beliefs (conscious or not) . Believing subconsciously that rich people are morally bankrupt or that there are no good single men left in the world will result in those things becoming our reality! So become mindful of your internal beliefs.


Universal Law #9:

Law of Action



Actions are simply energy in motion. Inspired action is action that supports our desires and goals and that kind of action is always required for manifestation. You can’t just sit back and wait for the miracle! You need to put in a bit of elbow grease.


Universal Law #10:

Law of Unconditional Love



Expressing unconditional love results in a harmonious life. But to be clear, unconditional love is a lot bigger than romantic love! It’s about accepting the people in your life exactly the way they are without judgment or expectation. It does not involve changing people or using them to your benefit! It’s about pure acceptance.

Universal Law #11:

Law of Prosperity



The more you give, the more you get! The more service and value you offer the world, the more money you’ll receive in return! So if you’re having trouble with money, be less concerned with the paycheck and more concerned with how much you’re giving away. The money will always follow.


Universal Law #12:

Law of Initiation



Expect an initiation period, a time of learning before things come together. Everyone experiences challenges in life, even when you’re on the right path! We’re given challenges for a reason so use them as an opportunity to learn and grow. They’ve been brought to us to make us or our our mission even stronger.


Universal Law #13:

Law of Charity



The more you give away, the more you receive. When you’re generous, you’ll receive generosity back. Giving help (financial or otherwise) will never deplete you; that energy will actually come back to you even stronger. Don’t be stingy! You’ll always be rewarded for your acts of charity.


Universal Law #14:

Law of Reflection



We see the traits in others that we exist in ourselves. So think about what you comment on (positive or negative!) in celebrities and the people around you. The things that you love and admire in others are things that exist within you. Likewise, the things that you resist or find unpleasant in others, are things that exist within you. The world is just a mirror for you. So take a look around and evaluate what you see!


Universal Law #15:

Law of Fellowship



Combining our efforts with those around us allows us to generate a bigger and better outcome. When two people of similar vibrations unite for a purpose, their energy is more than doubled towards that goal. So look for ways you can harness and amplify this energy. Finding more like-minded friends is a wonderful first step!


Universal Law #16:

Law of Gender



Everything has both masculine and feminine energy, yin and yang. The attraction between the two is how creation happens. Finding a balance between the two energies in yourself and in your relationships creates a harmonious experience.


Universal Law #17:

Law of Evolution



There is no real death. We’re continually evolving at the soul level and evolution is infinite. On the surface it might not appear that you’re making progress at times, but your soul is always growing and expanding. Every experience – even mistakes and failures – are allowing our soul to expand. (And let’s face it, those experiences often bring on very sudden growth!)


Universal Law #18:

Law of Rhythm



Life will always ebb and flow. It moves with the years, the seasons, the stages of development, El Nino. It’s unrealistic to expect things to only move on fast-forward. Settle in and move with the currents, not against them for maximum flow and ease.


Universal Law #19:

Law of Harmony



Harmony is the opposite of chaos; it’s the ultimate balance in life and the purpose of Karma. Throwing a rock in a pond will create ripples for a while until everything settles back into its natural harmonious state. Creating disharmonious acts does the same thing, only instead of spreading harmonious energy out you’re spreading disharmony. Harmony works closely with the Law of Cause and Effect and the Law of Attraction.


Universal Law #20:

Law of Polarity



Opposites are just two extremes of the same thing. They might differ by degrees but they occupy the same spectrum. Finding a balance between the two ends is usually the best way to create a happy existence.


Universal Law #21:

Law of Divine Order



Everything is exactly as it should be! There are no accidents in life. Every seemingly negative event leads us to a new path. All of your experiences were meant to happen. Accept them for what they are and for letting them shape your journey.




Learning the laws is just the first step! To get the benefits, you must also put them into practice. And the more that you can harness the laws of the universe, the easier your life will become. So get out there and have fun with your new knowledge! And let me know how it goes!

It's a FACT of life: you're simply NOT going to fe It's a FACT of life: you're simply NOT going to feel good all the time.And that's okay!Not gonna lie: the last month or so has been rough for me.The darkness of winter + strict lockdowns/limited holiday celebrations were TOUGH.I've definitely had my moments of letting it all get to me.But that doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.It doesn't mean that I'm somehow failing.And it definitely does NOT mean I'm putting more space between me and my manifestation goals.Even with the BEST of intentions, life is 50/50. Expecting perfection at any time will ONLY set you up for disappointment.Feeling frustrated, down, exhausted: those are all normal feelings for anyone experiencing a pandemic (plus general winter blues/ political chaos etc.)So while I don't want to create MORE of those feelings, I'm also not going to judge myself for having them.Making your feelings WRONG does not speed you up back into feeling better. It only creates self-loathing and resistance.Are you feeling the same? Here are a few things that are helping me right now:- Just letting myself cry if I feel like it (Sometimes 10 minutes of a good cry is a sufficient release!)
- Concentrating on pandemic-lockdown friendly goals that I CAN achieve (Doing pilates every day, meditation + Manifestation Journaling)
- Taking a break from drinking (I only drank about once a week anyway! But why not try going without it for a month?)
- Doing more behind-the-scenes entrepreneur stuff (The kinds of things that are so easy to put off for "someday")
- Using my SAD lamp every morning! (I only just got it but I swear it's helping)
- NOT judging myself too harshly if I suddenly don't feel up to doing the work I had planned or posting as much I "should" (Being an entrepreneur brings an EXTRA level of potential self-judgment that's hard to get out of at times.)This is all just a great example of one of the most important lessons of LIFE.You don't get to choose all your circumstances. But you DO get to choose what you do WITH them.What are you choosing to create right now? Whether you're in lockdown or not, I'd love to hear it!

So do you KNOW if you're applying the same level o So do you KNOW if you're applying the same level of thinking or not? 🧐Here are some tell-tale signs that you are STUCK in the same level as your problems:- Complaining ("It's sooo UNFAIR.")
- Catastrophizing ("This ALWAYS happens to me")
- Believing you're stuck ("There's nothing I can do.")
- Trusting luck/the Universe etc more than you do yourself
- Thinking other people need to do/say certain things so you can feel better99% of our so-called problems are created just by our THOUGHTS.If we keep believing in the thoughts that created the problem, we keep on perpetuating the PROBLEM.The answers NEVER lie in waiting for the world around us to magically align with our expectations.But in adjusting OUR own stories about what the world around us really means.Or in other words: if you can switch up your thinking--even just a TINY bit--you might be surprised to see that your problems aren't really TRUE at all.And PS my dear: your magic isn't as far away as you think!
