We each have different desires and that’s a beautiful thing! We’re all meant to experience this human existence in a slightly different way. We’re all meant to bring something different to the world.
The curiosity and attraction you experience around your desires are part of your unique spiritual puzzle.
Tuning into the feeling you want before you get the thing is the magic key. You don’t have to wait to achieve some lofty goal in order to feel better. You can plug into those feelings right now.
So what do you want to feel like?
The more clarity your own desires, the more powerful you will become!
That means you can cut out everything else and go straight to finding more of that feeling.
Then the more you start locking into that feeling, the more you’ll start attracting new things to you.
And that’s how the magic happens!

The goals we have in life are never just about the surface wish! We’re attracted to certain things in life because of the meaning we assign to them. We think that having X will make us feel Y–and while that might be true, it’s not really having X that will ultimately give us satisfaction. We really just want that feeling–and that’s completely separate. Thinking about your Core Desired Feeling just gives you clarity about why you really want something.
We always think that getting the job/car/man will make us feel a certain way but we’ll never REALLY know what we’ll feel till we get there. So it’s extra important to understand why you want what you want and what that ultimately represents to you.
Knowing your why is the key to everything. It’s one thing to say “I want to make lots of money in my business and have a huge impact” but WHY you want those things is also important to understand. Your why is what propels you forward in life! It’s important to stay connected to it at all times.
You might think the answers are obvious but I’ve met a lot of people who haven’t taken the time to get real clarity around their goals. Ultimately, the more knowledge you have about who you are, what you want and why, the more powerful (and successful) you’ll be at manifesting.

Feeling Comes Before Having
More good news! Since it’s the feeling not just the goal that we’re after, we don’t have to wait for our goal to show up in order to feel good. We can feel all those warm, gooey, snuggly feelings ANYTIME because there are loads of ways to get there.
This is extra awesome for the Law of Attraction because feeling is also how you call things in to you.
There’s never only one path to the feeling that we’re after! There are always tons of small things you can do to take you to that same state. If you want to feel healthier, you can feel proud of eating a proper breakfast every morning instead of waiting till you’ve lost fifteen pounds and achieved your end goal. If you want to feel more love, hang out with your friends more often.
So when you figure out what your Core Desired Feeling actually is and work your way towards that feeling, you’re actually energetically aligning yourself to the other thing that you really want. The more time you spend in that core desired state the faster you’ll magnetize yourself to the other things in that state (ie. your end goal).
Figuring out your Core Desired Feelings is actually just a quick-trick to “hack” into where you really want to go.
Manifest With Your Core Desired Feelings Step #3:
Removal of Urgency
The other reason why Core Desired Feelings and the Law of Attraction work so well together is because connecting with your Core Desired Feelings also remove any lingering sense of urgency.
It’s as if you think about what you want and it feels so good that it doesn’t really matter if it will actually show up or not!
Surrendering your desire to the Universe is an important part of manifesting. Just like anyone else, the Universe doesn’t like clingy, grasping energy! Forcing yourself onto something is the opposite from living in a space of ease and joy.
Because once you figure out how to feel the way you want to, you also don’t really need the object of your desire so urgently. There are many other pathways to the castle! You’re no longer thirsty, desperate or grasping. You can acquire that same energy in many different ways and much faster than waiting for your big goal. So if you’ve already acquired the feeling, everything that comes after that is just icing on the cake!
Achieving your Core Desired Feelings offers the perfect way to release your hold on that intention. Because you must also be able to release it in order for it to come true.
