How To Become Magnetic To Your Dream Life



Are you ready to become magnetic to your dream life?

For most people, the answer is a resounding yes.

Maybe you’re done with dreaming big, but never actually getting there.

Maybe you’re done with feeling like you’re always stuck or in a rut.

Or maybe you’re tired of feeling like the world is always working against you or like the Universe forgot your order.

Don’t you fret, my love! You can rest assured that this isn’t a problem with you.

Yes, it is truly possible to attract in more wealth, healthy relationships, the works. It is possible to feel like you’ve become magnetic to the very best things in life.

It’s simply a matter of learning how to shift your energy to match what you want.

Let’s face it: so far, no one has taught you how to do that right?

So why blame yourself for not understanding how to do it?

That’s exactly why I’m here today: to help you “see” your energetic patterns and to help you move it in the direction of your choosing. We all deserve to let the Universe come to meet us with our biggest desires. And so much of that is just learning how to become the best and brightest version of you.

How To Become Magnetic To Your Dream Life

 

Become Magnetic Step #1:

Locate Your True Desires

 

One essential question for every manifestation student is this: do you know what you really want?

While many people say that they do, the reality is quite a different thing. Many times, we’re actually going for what society or our family has programmed us to want, instead of for our true desires.

This is always the starting point when I teach manifestation because it’s so important to get right. What’s the point in chasing after the things you’re not that interested in? What’s the point of achieving something that won’t really light you up anyway?

It’s absolutely crucial to start to figure out what you really want. What lights you up. What makes you happy.

If you don’t know what that is, it’s time to get curious and figure it out. Lean in and notice what makes you feel good or excites you. (And sometimes what makes you jealous!).

When you figure it out, you can move onto the next step.

 

Become Magnetic Step #2:

Get To Know Yourself

 

Creating self-awareness is absolutely essential to this manifestation process. However, this can be tricky. Most people think they’re already self-aware–even when they’re not.

(ie. saying “I have no idea why it’s not working!” when if you were honest you already TOTALLY KNOW why)

After all, it’s much easier to buy into our old stories of lack or victim mentality, rather than actually (gasp!) take responsibility for our life, warts and all. It’s way more comfortable to blame everyone and everything rather than to take ownership of our life.

So this step takes bravery, but trust me, it’s worth it.

To begin creating more self-awareness, take a moment to notice yourself throughout your day. How are you feeling physically? What’s going on in your mind? What’s going on emotionally? As you do this, don’t self-edit. Be honest. Notice even the “bad” stuff. You probably think that you’re “just thinking positive” ut you’re actually just running from the problem, which is never a good thing.

 

Become Magnetic Step #3:

Notice Your Self-Doubts & Negative Patterns

 

Now that you’re working on self-awareness, it’s time to notice your self-doubt–especially where it’s related to your manifestation intention.

  • If your Inner Mean Girl is speaking up, what are they telling you?
  • What are you telling yourself about why you can’t have what you want or why you don’t deserve it?
  • Are you thinking about anything else that might be getting in your way? (ie. replaying negative messages you heard from your parents, etc.)
  • Which of your behaviors might be getting in your way?

It’s normal to experience this inner negativity! However, you don’t have to keep living like this. Every thing you notice here will give you something to reprogram. But you must create awareness first, or it will never work.

 

Become Magnetic Step #4:

Reprogram Your Mind

 

Now that you understand what your limiting beliefs and negative patterns are, let’s begin the healing process.

You’ve noticed what your brain is saying that isn’t helpful! Now think about it: what would actually support attracting the life that you want?

These might be beliefs that are the opposite of your old ones. Or they might be entirely new beliefs altogether.

From here, it’s just a matter of subconscious reprogramming: or putting those beliefs into your mind.

Think brainwashing, only with a positive intent.

Become Magnetic Step #5:

Develop Unf*ckwithable Self-Trust

 

Okay, so developing unf*ckwithable self-trust is not the kind of thing you can do in one afternoon! However, it should become high-priority in your manifestation routine nonetheless.

But how exactly do you do that?

There are actually two parts to this magic equation:

1. Go do new/scary things

If you want new results, you simply must take new actions. However, this isn’t something that most people will just naturally do. So it’s important to create a new habit that pushes you out of your comfort zone.

However, doing anything new counts! Even things that don’t necessarily relate to what you’re manifesting can help you to bust through your old mental blocks and to learn to trust yourself.

2. Keep taking baby steps

Humans tend to look at life in a very black and white lens. We must either do EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE or not bother doing anything at all.

Doing something–even something very small–is always better than nothing. And nothing is typically what we end up doing when we are stuck in perfectionism or procrastination.

But the power of baby steps should not be underestimated! Doing just a little bit every day or week will create a snowball effect further down the line.

Having that unf*ckwithable mindset is a huge sign that you’re becoming magnetic to your desires! So keep working on this one until you get there.

 
Become Magnetic Step #6:

Pass Your Tests

 

The only way to see if you’re truly changing your energy is to notice how your behaviors are changing.

That means: are you going to keep setting for low-vibe relationships, jobs, etc.? Or are you finally strong enough to start to walk away, set boundaries, choose different people?

Let’s get it clear: the Universe isn’t testing you because you’re not worthy of what you want. You were always worthy my friend! What’s happening here is simply a check to see if you’re ready to go to the next level in the video game of your life.

If you keep falling into the old pattens you’ve always had (ie. going back to an ex, not speaking up for yourself, etc.) then you’re clearly not ready.

It takes new levels of self-trust and energy to up-level your life. That stuff doesn’t just happen. We will almost always simply fall back into our old comfortable patterns, rather than forging new ground.

The question here really is: are you preparing for what it will take? Are you ready to truly become someone new?

If you’re still doing the same old things as you always were, then you have to get real about what that means.

 

Become Magnetic Step #7:

Strengthen Your Nervous System

 

Finally, there is still one part of you that we need to tune up: your nervous system. Unfortunately for us humans, like your subconscious mind, this part of us really doesn’t like change at all. In fact, it will trick you into things are more dangerous than they really are in an effort to keep you “safe” (aka “the same”).

Fun fact: most humans are much more afraid of success than they are of failure. We think that avoiding failure is our main motivation but that’s not entirely accurate. The only thing your nervous system is truly interested in is staying the same. If you’re more used to dealing with failure, then guess what? You’re already wired to go in that direction, again and again.

Don’t get it twisted though! This isn’t a reflection of your ability or deserving-ness. It’s simply a bug in the human machine. However, it’s also something you can take control over.

But just like your mind can learn new things, so can your body. It’s important to start checking in with your body regularly.

  • How is my body feeling right now?
  • Am I in fight, flight, or freeze?
  • If so, what can I do to start feeling more regulated?

While there are lots of things you can do, I suggest deep breathing exercises if you’re in fight or flight or gentle stretching exercises if you’re in freeze.

Become Magnetic Step #8:

Monitor Your Energy

 

If in doubt, remember what magnets do: they attract. So keep the famous manifestation affirmation in mind:

I don’t chase I attract.

But this part is up to you. It means noticing when your energy is shifting from attracting to pushing, striving, bargaining, forcing. etc.

Most of this is about trust: trusting the process, trusting yourself, trusting the Universe. (Because it’s only when we don’t really trust the process that we feel we have to micromanage it.)

If you notice yourself slipping into that anxious or fearful place, do a quick check-in. What would confidence feel like here? What would trust feel like? Then keep going back to that as much as you can.

 

Become Magnetic Step #9:

Check Your Progress

 

The cool thing about manifesting is that you’ll usually be able to tell if it’s working or not. Are things coming through (or at least changing)? Then yes, it’s working for you. And if not? Then there’s probably some work to do.

Of course, keep in mind our manifestations always take time. We want everything nownownow but our bigger orders take both more of our energy and intention and more behind-the-scenes magic from the Universe itself.

So while things start moving you’ll usually know that it’s working. And in the mean time, just keep checking in. How is your mind? (Like the actual thoughts you’re having, are they helpful or not?) How is your emotional state? How is your body’s energetic state?

There’s almost always something we can do to tweak our energy back into its most powerful place. It’s well-worth doing that over and over again, even if
