Hi guys, it is Jenn from the Align Life, and welcome to my Super Attractor Workshop. I’m so excited to bring this to you guys today. Um, so what we are going to be talking about is the art of super attraction.
So, you are probably already familiar with The Law of Attraction, which is all about um attracting new things into your life by becoming a similar vibration to them. So, a super attractor is just taking this to the next level.
A super attractor, by my definition, would be somebody that um manifests things almost automatically, like has things happen for them really, really fast. And of course, that is an amazing state to be in. You probably experienced this at some point in your life. I know I’ve experienced this at some points in my life. And um, the thing is, like, it might just seem like a round of good luck or something like that, but it isn’t about that. It is way more than that. There’s actually a bunch of things happening underneath the surface. Um, so you can um consciously become a super attractor if you are focusing your attention in the right way and if you’re becoming really good at manifesting, you are a super attractor.
And I always like to tell everybody um, people that say that they aren’t good at manifesting or manifesting doesn’t work for them, um, manifesting is always working. It is always on. It is not something you can turn on and off. Um, the only thing that we are doing is learning how to harness that power and use it consciously. So, you’re attracting things into your life whether you’re aware of it and using the law of attraction or if you are not. So, I have to put that out there um to just remind everyone that this isn’t a matter of luck, this is something that just happens. That’s why it’s called the law, it’s like the law of GRAVITY, okay?
The other thing I want to mention quickly about the law of attraction is that it is something that you can get better at. I’m better at and I know people are like, “Well, that doesn’t make sense if you say that it’s a law,” um, but it isn’t um, it isn’t that the law starts working more for you, it is that you are better at creating the results you want from the actions that you take. So, it isn’t about um like gravity becoming more intense. It’s not that the law gets more intense. The law is always working as I said before, but this is about you learning how to use the law in the right way.
So again, it is all about stuff that you are doing on the inside and that’s really good news because that means you’re not sitting around passively waiting for someone to wave a magic wand. The magic wand is inside you and you can start taking action and start becoming a Super Attractor anytime you decide to. Okay, so that is my introduction to Super Attraction um, so let’s get started.
I’m going to go through um eight points here today in this Workshop about how you can start to become a super attractor in your own life. So let’s go.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #1: Trust Yourself
So the first factor in becoming a Super Attractor is learning to trust in yourself. So I’m putting this first because of course life is a self-fulfilling prophecy. So if you are one of these people that is like the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for me or I never have luck with this, then of course that is going to be your reality. It’s not going to work for you.
But the reason it is not going to work for you is not that it is not real is that you are already creating that belief and you are already going to manifest those results into your reality. So if you are the kind of person that wants proof and wants blah blah blah all of that before you can open your heart and your mind to this concept then it’s just not going to work for you. This isn’t the workshop for you um, this isn’t the concept for you and that’s totally cool. Like you don’t, I, I don’t, I’m not doing all of these things to make everybody believe the same things that I do and if you don’t have the same beliefs as me that’s totally cool but you probably won’t get that much out of this Workshop so that is just my warning for you guys.
I want you guys to really come back into your own belief and your own strength and your own power because you are a co-creator. We are all co-creating with the universe and every single moment, every single day we are creating our own reality and that is a huge responsibility and it is a huge opportunity. And so many people um get stuck in this victim mentality that oh if only I’d been born rich or if only I’d been born 5 years earlier or later or whatever um things would be different and it doesn’t really matter how much money you have or when you were born or whatever whatever kind of body you have like any of that stuff, it doesn’t matter. You still have the option to create the reality you want.
We all have handicaps, we all think the grass is greener on the other side but every single person that you meet has a different set of issues than you and you never know who’s going to like there’s no way of telling who has it worse than the others like I know people that come from very wealthy families that have like very um lacking in um Love In The Family relationship so it’s like it’s so easy to point fingers and be like oh if I was a rich everything would be better but I know people that feel just as abandoned by their Rich family as other people do by their poor family so I just want to put that out there um that we all it doesn’t matter where you’re coming from the point is it doesn’t matter what your background is the point is that you need to start believing in yourself now if you need you need to believe in your own creative power you need to believe in the fact that the universe is always listening to you it is always listening to you um, and you need to believe that the words and thoughts that you have are important they are important they create your reality um so you need to start creating your world with that sense of responsibility so you can’t just be lazy and think horrible thoughts about yourself and think that you’re going to live this fantastic life because it doesn’t work that that way um, you need to start cleaning up your mind and start thinking of the way you want to be and creating that reality inside your mind first before it will um appear on the outside so that’s a little off topic um, but it is time for you to level up it is time for you to come to the next level and that all starts with a belief so if you want to become a super attractor it is all about actually going there it’s actually doing the thing and not just talking about it and not just wishing for it so you need to trust in your Vision you need to trust in your power and you need to trust in the universe so that is the very basic basic equation for starting off with super.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #2: Decide On What You Want
Attraction step number two is: decide on what you want. So in most normal Law of Attraction classes, the language is a little bit different. It’s usually something like ‘set your intention,’ and that is something I’ve definitely used in the past as well. But the reason why I’m saying ‘decide on what you want’ is because that is a completely different sentiment than setting an intention. When you set an intention, you can still be locked into that ‘someday I wish’ mentality. So, it is really easy to get stuck in the state of wanting to be like ‘I want to have this certain job, I want to be in a relationship, I Want I Want I Want I wish.’ But when you’re in that state, it is still pushing your wish out into the future because it isn’t here now. So, I want you to just change the way you goal set. You need to decide on it, you need to decide that it’s yours, you need to claim it and you need to make it happen for you now inside your mind even if it hasn’t come into your reality yet. So that is why I’m switching the way I talk about this to be a decision.
Decide on what you want. The other part of that is that you can’t be wishy-washy about what you want. One of the biggest problems I see with people manifesting is that they’re not specific with what they want. They want to fall in love, they want to be rich, they want to be successful, but all of those things mean something different to every single person on this planet. And how will the universe know if it’s giving you what you wanted if you don’t know what you want actually is? So, an example I like to use to illustrate this topic is that you are watching this on a phone or on a laptop, which means you’re already in the top 15% wealthiest people in the world. So when you are asking to be rich, the Universe might be looking at you going, ‘Girl, you’re already rich, you’re already in the top 15%, how much more do you want?’ And I’m not saying this because I want to shame you into not wanting. Well, we’re all entitled to have as much as we like, but the point is that if you don’t have a goal, if you don’t have a level set for what you desire, there’s no way of telling that you’ve already gotten there. So, you need to make a decision of what your wish really means. You need to get really specific on it. And yes, again I said ‘decide.’ You need to decide on it, decide that it’s yours, start claiming it as yours, start bringing it into your reality now. Don’t just talk about your wish someday in the future. Start deciding on it, claim it, have it now, bring it into your reality now. And that is the second step in becoming a Super Attractor.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #3: Keep Your Vibration High
Step number three in becoming a Super Attractor is all about keeping your vibration high. So again, this is one of those things that tends to go a little bit sideways if you start learning about the Law of Attraction. You know that to attract things into our reality, we need to get on the same vibration as them. And one way to do that is to make sure that our vibration is really, really high. And the way a vibration works in a human is our emotional state. So, it’s very easy to take this to the wrong conclusion and be like, ‘You can’t experience sadness or anger or jealousy or any of those things because that’s dragging your vibration down.’ And that is true, but all emotions are important and valuable, and all emotions are here to teach you something.
So, if you’re experiencing an emotion, if you had a bad experience with a friend or something like that, you need to experience that emotion, you need to feel the emotion so you can release it. If you just push it away and hide it and pretend it’s not there, it’s actually really still there, it’s still there in your subconscious. You haven’t transmuted the emotion. So when you can have a bad emotion, get to the root of it, let it simmer, let it go through and do what it needs to do with you, and then let it go and move on, you will feel so much better than if you just pretend that it never happened. And then you let that anger and stuff boil up inside you and then one day that’s going to come flying out, usually at the most inopportune time, speaking from experience.
Again, I don’t want you to run away from your negative emotions. I just mean that our emotional state correlates to our vibration. So, it is okay to have some little dips now and again, but you need to keep your emotions generally on an even keel. And like sometimes, you know, things go wrong in life and we have maybe a month where we’re not feeling that great, and that’s okay, that’s totally okay. I’m not saying that that shouldn’t happen sometimes. It’s happening and it’s necessary. So, don’t worry, don’t freak out, just understand that you can’t run away from your emotions. What you need to do is feel them, let them out, find out what they mean, and then move onwards from there. And then just keep working back towards that happy, joyous, content state, and you will get there. Your emotions aren’t scary, but you can still manage them, you can still consciously rise above them. You don’t want to be one of these negative Nellies that is constantly complaining and whining and living in a state of lack. It is up to you to be grateful. For example, being grateful is a wonderful way to shift your vibration from a low state to a high state because when you are grateful, you’re already in a state of having.
So when we’re thinking about goal setting, again, this is another common problem with manifesting. We get stuck in the state of lack. We think that until we get the goal, we’re not going to be happy or our life isn’t going to be complete. So, one of the many catch-22s of manifesting is to come, have the happiness, have the joy, and have the sense of completion inside you before the thing. And then that’s the real trick of it because honestly, it is not about getting a new car or getting a new job. Like, happiness is available to you at any moment, in any state, at any time of your life, and you have access to it, you can create it at any moment, you don’t need the thing. The thing is nice to have. It is not necessary to have. So, that is one of the tricks, one of the illusions of manifesting. The emotional state comes first. So concentrate on being there, concentrate on having that feeling of success or love or whatever it is and creating it inside of you.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #4: Look Into Your Shadow
First, step number four to becoming a Super Attractor is to look into your shadow side. We all are made of our conscious thoughts and our unconscious thoughts, and unfortunately, it’s like the tip of the iceberg. Our conscious thoughts are up here, and our unconscious thoughts are down here, and they are like the iceberg underwater; they’re huge and they control a lot more of us than we believe.
So, this is one of those things that people kind of dismiss and think, ‘Oh, of course I want a really good relationship with an awesome person’ or ‘Of course I want an awesome job,’ blah blah blah. But then when you see them from the outside, you see them maybe hanging out with guys that aren’t that great for them or going for a job that’s not at their skill level, and you’re like, ‘What is happening here?’
This is what happens when you don’t look into your shadow side. You actually unconsciously create problems in your own life. We all do this; we all set ourselves up by self-sabotaging. We all say we want one thing and then do something else that doesn’t really align with our goal. And the way this happens is because our unconscious is in charge, and our unconscious wants some things that maybe we haven’t thought about.
We all are a mix of light things and dark things, so it is totally okay to have these weird unconscious desires for things that our conscious mind is kind of horrified by. The way to get past this, though, is by exploring our unconscious and exploring all those things that make us tick. You’re probably going to learn some things about yourself or have to acknowledge some things about yourself that maybe you’re not so comfortable with. But the only way to not be ruled by your unconscious is to make that self-conscious.
We all need to take a little deep dive into ourselves, into our psyche. And this is—I mean, this could be a whole entire topic unto itself. But your shadow side can come up in many different ways. Like a lot of us have an old emotional state, like say at the age of 12. You changed schools and you’re social outcasts, and maybe you spent the last 20 years of your life trying to resolve that issue, trying to do things that make you feel cool or make that would impress those kinds of people. So, when you’re still operating to try to get the approval of a friend group—that doesn’t exist anymore, but the friend group that you had when you were 12—you are still not doing things of your own free will or your own free desire. You’re still doing things to try to make up for that old person that you used to be. So that is one way our shadow works.
The other way our shadow works is that there’s always a dark side to everything. So the desires that you have, the intentions that you’ve decided on, there’s also a shadow side to that. A common example I always give for this is, for example, say you want to win a lottery. And winning the lottery sounds awesome and fun, and of course, it is that, but it can also be super stressful. And it can create conflict in your life when your family and friends are asking you for a loan, or maybe you don’t know how to manage your money and you have to figure out what to do with your money. Those can all be super stressful situations that maybe you haven’t thought about, and maybe your unconscious brain is thinking about all of that stuff all the time, and it’s like, ‘Well, we don’t really want to win the lottery because I don’t know what I’m going to say to cousin Joe when he asks me to borrow cash, and I don’t know what to do with the money in the bank, and I don’t know what to tell people about it.’
If you have all of those thoughts and you have all of those secret fears, then you’re going to be also shooting yourself in the foot whenever it comes time to buy a lotto ticket or when it comes time to do anything that would support that dream. It’s important to really think about your goal, no matter what your goal is, to think about the downsides of it because you need to be conscious of what those downsides are, and you need to start addressing them in your conscious mind so that way your unconscious mind won’t be secretly undermining you on your path towards that goal.
Again, we all have a dark side; we all have weird secret desires; sometimes we’re playing out things from our childhood or like old scenarios in our life. And if you don’t do the work of discovering what those things are about you, then you’re going to be sort of doomed to be controlled by this unconscious darker side of you. So it is imperative for anybody, whether you’re manifesting or not, just to be open to doing the shadow work is hugely empowering and will free you from so much of your own drama because, of course, we’re always the ones that get our own way. We create our own drama, we create all the excuses and the stories for why we can’t really have what we want. And so doing the shadow work will free you from all of that no matter what you’re doing in your life.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #5: Get In Alignment
Step number five on becoming a Super Attractor is all about alignment. So again, we’re going back to the emotional state, we’re getting back to the idea of becoming magnetic to our desires. And that means getting ourselves on the level of the thing that we want. So if you want to create a loving relationship in your life, it’s starting to generate that loving feeling inside of you because it actually all starts inside of you. Everything starts inside of you, and you have the power to create any emotional state you want.
You just need to think about where what your goal is and what state would allow you to get there, and then start creating that experience inside of you. And you don’t have to wait for the thing to show up. The trick is always to create it first and then the thing will come later on. So when I talk about alignment, alignment for me means that all of your thoughts, feelings, and actions are supporting your desire. This is a really good way to get in check because many of us, we get stuck on the goal, we think, ‘Oh, we want the goal, we’re working towards the goal, we’re doing everything we can towards the goal.’ But when you start to analyze your thoughts, your feelings, and more importantly, your actions about that goal, you’ll see that it’s not actually being reflected in your current state of being.
For example, if you want to lose weight and you’re always talking about losing weight and how much happier you’ll be if you lost 20 pounds, and then you look at your daily habits and none of your habits are eating healthy or exercising or doing all the things that you know you need to do to lose the weight. So that means you’re out of alignment; that means that your actions are not lining up with your thoughts, feelings, and desires.
When everything works together, when all of our actions and thoughts and feelings and desires are all going in the same direction, basically, you’re unstoppable. It’s like the total definition of becoming a Super Attractor. So when you start to measure these things out and look at them individually, that’s where you can see where the problems arise. Most of us have a problem with our in-between our desires and our actions, and the way that you can fix that is by changing your thoughts. So when you’re having a thought that’s not supportive, it creates a feeling that’s negative, and then the feeling that’s negative maybe sets you up to self-sabotage and not take the action.
This is a whole ecosystem. So if there’s a problem in one area, you can kind of riff it back and figure out where you can make the change. And the good news is the change is always there, is always available for you, is never relying on someone else, it’s always an action that you can take, it’s always something that you can do for yourself. So again, alignment is all about setting ourselves up to be on the same level as the goal that we want vibrationally and through our actions and intentions and thoughts and feelings.
I want you to think about the thing that you decided on, the intention that you decided on, and start to think about how everything that you do in your life and everything you think and feel throughout your day, how is that supporting your goal? Because if you are half the time thinking, ‘Oh no, that’s never going to happen for me,’ then you’re going to have a really hard time actually creating it happening in your reality. But the good news is with practice, you can change your thoughts, and with the good news is the more you change your thoughts, the more your feelings change, and then the easier it is for your actions to line up with what you want. So it is all a process that you are in control.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #6: Become The Person You Want To Be
Step number six in becoming a Super Attractor is becoming the person you want to be. So again, every… it’s not… I don’t want to say this because it’s not like you’re not good enough the way you are to have your goal. But for everything in our life that we want to create and change into our life, it will require us becoming a slightly different person.
So, you probably don’t think of yourself this way, but if you are a constantly growing and expanding person, you are constantly growing and changing as well. So we become different people the more we grow and have new experiences in our life. The more we shift and change, and that is just the way we are, and that is our natural state.
We are in a constantly evolving universe, and we are also constantly evolving. The only thing that can really go wrong is if you’re stagnating, if you’re staying in the same place and you’re doing the same thing for far too long. Then you’re not actually honoring your natural human growth state. So that’s when you start to feel like you’re in a rut. You start to feel like something is wrong. Maybe nothing is empirically wrong, but you feel like something is wrong. That’s because something is wrong. You are not growing; you haven’t grown; you are actually shrinking and going… I don’t want to compare it to death, but it’s like, okay, if you’re a growing human, you are growing. Even if you’re like an adult and we’re not like growing taller anymore, you’re still growing spiritually, emotionally, intelligent… like it, yeah, all of the other stats keep growing. It doesn’t stop when you hit the age of 20. We’re all constantly growing and expanding.
With that said, when you pick a new goal to go for, that also means that you are going to become a slightly different version of you. So I want you to start thinking about that and thinking about the kind of changes you need to make in your life to become the person who has the goal that you’ve decided on. That might mean being a little bit more confident; it might mean being more outgoing; it might mean all kinds of different things. But I want you to think about what that is for you and to start thinking about how you can start embodying those qualities right now.
It doesn’t happen overnight; well, sometimes it does happen overnight, but you are able to become a new person anytime you want. You can shed the old identities; you can shed your old way of thinking about yourself, and you can become anything you want to be in this world. So I want you to think about the person that you really want to be and then start acting as if.
The funny thing is about manifesting, again, I mentioned the Catch 22 before… the real trick about manifesting is realizing that the thing that we want outside of ourselves is not really the thing we want. We actually just want the change; we want to feel better; we want to be a different person. And when you can create that inside of you, the goal is actually not so important. So, this is the huge Catch 22, which I’ll come back to this topic a little bit later. But the trick is that when you become that person, the reality around you will shift. You’re actually not waiting for anything outside of yourself to change. The only thing you’re waiting for is you. We’re just waiting for you to change and become that person. So you can decide to do that right now, right here, right now. You can start to become the person you were meant to be to get the goal. The power is all within you; it’s really, really cool when you think about it.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #7: Use Synchronicity
Step number seven in the Super Attractor Workshop is harnessing the power of synchronicity. So when we create an intention and put our attention out into the world, we are co-creators. That means we have thought of the thought and we are starting to create the actions in our life; we’re starting to become that person that we want to be. And then the universe is also going to do its work and do its magic and help bring us closer and closer to our goal.
The way this usually happens is through synchronicity. So, I’m sure you’ve all had an experience where you thought of an old friend, and then the next day that person calls, or like some weird experience in your life. These are super common, and I think they are so cool. And when they start lining up for you more and more and more, you’ll realize you are more and more and more on the right path to what you want.
A really cool thing that happens a lot for manifesting is that synchronicities will start happening to you. And it is up to you when these things happen to say yes and to follow them. For example, you want to think about the universe as creating a path for you, maybe across a body of water. So a stone, a stepping stone, will appear in front of you. And if you get on the stepping stone, the next stepping stone will appear. Get on that stone, and then the next one will appear, and it will eventually take you all the way across the water. So it is up to you to see the stepping stone, to recognize the stepping stone, and to get on the stepping stone.
Synchronicity works best when we give our faith into the universe, when we understand the process that is happening for us, and when we start to say yes, start to take action, and we will start being led to where we need to go. So we might be led to meet the right person, we might be led to do the right thing, we might be led to have an inspiration download that puts us in the right path to what we want. It could happen in any number of ways. Again, this process is about you saying yes. It’s about you recognizing the opportunities and the help that you’re already receiving from the universe, and then taking action on them.
Synchronicities are cool; if you just see them and don’t do anything about them, they’re still cool. But this will work so much better if you open your heart and mind and start saying yes, say yes to what the universe is giving you because that’s a gift. That is either information or a clue or a step on a pathway to where you want to go. You need to figure that out, and of course, because this is different for everybody and I can’t tell you exactly how it’s going to show up for you, it takes a little faith and a little openness on your part to see the synchronicities for what they are and to start taking action on them when you receive them.
Maybe you’re starting to get repeating numbers all the time, or maybe a sudden new flash of inspiration for an idea comes to you. Anything like that, just be open to it and follow what it means, and you will find amazing things. That is the power of co-creation because remember, we are only doing our part; the universe is doing the other part. So you have to let the universe do its thing, do its magic, while you’re within it, magic and all kinds of wonderful things will start happening for you.
Become A Super Attractor Tip #8: Surrender
Step number eight in a Super Attractor Workshop is to release control. I kind of have touched on this in a few different ways. I talked about emotional state and I also talked about alignment. The funny thing is when it’s the ultimate Catch 22 when it comes to manifestation is that you realize that the thing you want is not important and then it loses its power over you. For example, lots of people have these big goals and dreams to like have a new car, like have a shiny new Lamborghini or something like that. But the thing is when you start doing the real work about becoming the kind of person that owns a Lamborghini, about becoming having the feeling of owning a Lamborghini, you also realize the Lamborghini isn’t so important.
We are humans and we automatically assign certain characteristics to the things that we want, but there isn’t only one way on the highway of life. Like, we can get those feelings and we can create all of those states without the thing at all. So, this is what I call releasing your wish. So when you’re finishing the process of manifesting, you’ve released your wish into the universe. You’re not pushing; you’re not forcing; you’re not struggling and trying to make it happen. You know it’s going to happen, and the cool thing is even if it doesn’t happen, you’re already there; you’ve already crossed the finish line; you already have the feeling; you’ve already become the person, and that’s really what you wanted anyways.
It is never about the relationship; it’s never about the job; it’s never about the house; it’s never about any of that. It’s about what all that will make you feel. And you can make yourself feel that regardless of anything outside of yourself. In fact, it all starts on the inside. So that is the cool thing about manifesting, is that you actually realize everything you want in the world is actually available to you. It’s all inside of you. You can generate anything you want; you can become anybody you want to. You have that power, and that is the co-creation power. It’s you; you are powerful.
To go back to the first topic, you are powerful and you can do anything you want in this world. And then all the outside stuff isn’t so important. And then the funny thing is when the outside stuff isn’t so important, you let go; you let go of that thirstiness for it. That’s when it’s actually going to show up for you. Yes, so I know that’s a hard one to get your brain around, but really, I absolutely still encourage you to go after whatever it is you want, but realize at the end of the day that the journey is not about the house or the car. It is about you; it’s about becoming that person; it’s about becoming having those emotions inside of you. And you can do all of that without anything outside of yourself, without anyone’s permission, without anything happening for you. And it’s actually super empowering when you get it. You really get it, and you’ll see just how cool and important you really are.
Again, this whole process, it is about flowing and not forcing. It is about not pushing. Like, we live in a masculine-dominated world where the idea of hustling and pushing and striving is so idolized. And I mean, I do that too. But flowing is where you just start allowing things to happen for you when you realize the change is inside you, and then you let the world come around to surprise you. That is the state of manifesting; that is the state of creation. It is a feminine state; it is not a pushing and pushing and pushing state. It’s flowing, not forcing. It’s aligning, not hustling. And again, if you can release the goal, then you get to that state automatically because if you’re too thirsty, you’re going to still push; if you’re absolutely convinced that you can never be happy until you get the Lamborghini, then you’re setting yourself up for failure because you need to create that happiness inside of you first. It is never about the Lamborghini; it’s always about you.
