How To Become A Powerful Manifestor! 5 Practices To Help

As much as most people want to manifest their desires, not a lot of people follow that up with action.

As I always say, the Law of Attraction contains the Law of Action. Basically, you always need to do something new, create new beliefs or create new actions that will take you closer to your goals. Otherwise, nothing really changes.

Everyone wants a simple manifestation system that works. But the truth is, there are a lot of practices to become a more powerful manifestor.

However, it takes some trial and error to figure out what works best for you. That’s why today I’m suggesting five practices that you can play with and ultimately incorporate into your manifestation routine.

By no means should you feel the pressure to do all of them regularly! Try them out and keep the ones that resonate with you and work best for your schedule.

As long as you’re committing to doing smething as part of your manifestation practice, you will reap the rewards.

So let’s dive into it!

5 Practices To Help You Become A Powerful Manifestor

Powerful Manifestor Practice #1:

Meditation

There’s a reason why so many people recommend meditation: because it works. I describe meditation as going to the gym, but for your brain. It’s truly the only way to detach from the bullet train of your daily thoughts and to learn how to sink into the moment.

There are multitudes of benefits for meditation, most of which I’m sure you’ve read about a thousand times. But when it comes to manifestation, meditation is a powerful tool. Again, this is all about learning how to quiet our very noisy minds! And our mind is the most powerful tools for our manifestation practice.

When you’re trying to manifest something, you need to call upon your will and determination. Sometimes it’s hard to do that when you have your Inner Mean Girl/Guy saying terrible things to you all day. While those negative parts of your mind will always exist on some level, developing a meditation practice will help you to quiet them down.

Powerful Manifestor Practice #2:

Iffirmations

Affirmations work by creating new thoughts in your mind. Over time, with practice, affirmations will create new neural pathways in your mind that actually support what you want in your life.

But as amazing as they are, I’m the first to admit that affirmations can be tricky. Sometimes, as hard as you try, you also hear your inner voice loudly saying “OMG that is sooooo not true!”

That’s where Iffirmations come in. While affirmations might sometimes feel like you’re forcing something (and therefore creating cognitive dissonance and discomfort in your body), iffirmations open the door for your subconscious mind to get creative.

Fact: your subconscious mind will try to answer any question you ask it. However, most of us ask ourselves downright terrible questions. (“Why do you always do that?” “How could you be so stupid?”)

Iffirmations challenge us to ask some great questions–and in turn inspire our mind to come up with the answers. They always open the door to possbility and therefore always feel true, a fact that we can physically notice within our bodies.

Here are some examples:

“What if I deserve love?”

“What if I am enough?”

“What if I can get through this?”

Get creative and play with these becasue I’m sure you’re going to love it.

Powerful Manifestor Practice #3:

Visualization

Conscious Creator, please always remember the creation power you hold within you! This is why you should remembe that visualization isn’t just some weird manifestation chore. It’s actually you stepping into creation mode, and beginning the manifestation process from inside your mind.

If you have a bold vision or a big goal, sitting down to visualize it will never hurt. I know this might feel “pointless” or like you’re “just daydreaming”. But the more we can make our brain believe it’s already real, the better.

Your brain cannot tell the difference between reality and imagination! Which means simply imagining something is in many ways as good as the real deal.

Almost every manifestation practice is about strengthening your own belief. Because when your mind is 100% on board, the manifestation process becomes automatic.

To visualize, just set aside a few minutes someplace safe where you can close your eyes and be undisturbed.

Then simply let your mind “see” what you want: big goal or small, it doesn’t really matter.

Once you get there, start to fill in the details. How do you feel? What do you see? What are you wearing? Hearing? Experiencing?

The more vivid you can make this the better! And if you can do this daily, all the better.

Powerful Manifestor Practice #4:

Future Self Journaling

Journaling is a part of my morning routine. It truly does so much for me, in terms of helping me overcome limiting beliefs and create stronger belief around what I want to manifest.

However, there are different ways to journal. One of my personal favorites is Future Self Journaling. This is a simple yet powerful way to connect to your Future Self, which can provide you all kinds of insight and knowledge.

Essentially, just imagining ourselves in the future creates a magical portal of knowledge that we can access at any time! So why wuldn’t you want that?

Start by simply thnking abut your Future Self (the one with the money, the car, the confidence, or whatever else you desire.)

Then start journaling out what advice that version of you has for the you of today. (Don’t overthink it! Just write it all down.)

I teach on this concept more in depth inside my Manifestation Jurnaling Masterclass. (Plus more journaling exercises, prompts and more!) So if you want to learn more, be sure to come hceck it out!

Powerful Manifestor Practice #5:

Scripting

Manifestation is the practice of making our will come true. Yet, sometimes we save our will for the big things in life—and forget that we can actually use it for our daily life as well.

Scripting is a way to overcome that. This practice simply involves you sitting down and deciding on the outcome you want in a certain situation ahead of time.

For example, you could script your entire day every morning. Or you could use scripting for special moments, like first dates or job interviews.

To get started with scripting, just decide on what you want to happen then write it down, in as much detail as you can.

For example, say you’re scrpting a workout. Here are some questions to ponder:

  • How do you want to feel during your workout?
  • After your workout?
  • What goals do you want to achieve during your workout?

Simply deciding on what you want ahead of tme and writing it down is a powerful step towards manifesting! The more you practice scripting, the more in-charge you become of your own life. This will also help to strengthen your belief in your own maniesting ablities over time, which is truly an important part of manifestation success.

So tell me: Which practice are you trying out first? Which one makes you feel like a powerful manifestor? And which one is your favorite (even if not on this list)?

If you want to truly make your manifestation desires come true, be sure to commit to a routine that will help you get there. Your intention is only the beginning. What you do afterwards also makes a huge difference, so try out these tips and don’t drop the ball on your dreams.
