Many of you believe in manifestation, yet feel it’s not working for you. This is often due to subconscious thought patterns that sabotage your efforts, and today, we’re going to delve into how to identify and overcome these patterns.

Recognizing Thought Self-Sabotage

Thought self-sabotage occurs when your subconscious beliefs conflict with your conscious desires. You may think you’re maintaining a positive outlook, but deep down, there might be lingering beliefs like “I’m unlucky” or “Manifestation doesn’t work for me.” These thoughts are powerful and can hinder your manifestation process.

The Illusion of Positivity

The tricky part is that many of you believe you’re being positive when, in reality, you’re clinging to negative beliefs. It’s not about blaming yourself for everything that goes wrong; it’s about recognizing these hidden beliefs and how they’re shaping your reality.

Why Do We Hold onto Negative Beliefs?

We often cling to negative beliefs because they’re familiar and, in a way, comforting. It’s easier to attribute failures to bad luck or external factors than to take responsibility for our thoughts and beliefs. But to truly manifest your desires, you need to break free from these limiting beliefs.

The Power of Conscious Creation

Remember, you are a conscious creator of your life. Your beliefs, conscious or unconscious, are continuously shaping your reality. If you’re writing about your bad luck or how things never work out for you, it’s a clear sign that you haven’t fully embraced your power as a creator.

Changing Your Story

To overcome thought self-sabotage, start by identifying and challenging your negative beliefs. Ask yourself: “Why do I choose to believe this?” and “What if I believed the opposite?” Write down these limiting thoughts as if you were going to share them with me or another coach, and then critically examine them.

Believe Before You See

Manifestation isn’t just about wishing for something; it’s about truly believing in your ability to attract it. This belief needs to be stronger than any doubts or negative thoughts that arise. Manifesting is about aligning your energy with your desires and taking actions that reflect this alignment.

Your Role as a Conscious Creator

As a conscious creator, the inner work is entirely yours. You can’t outsource it or assign it to someone else. It’s about believing in your power and potential, even when the evidence isn’t immediately visible.
