Complete Guide To Subconscious Manifestation

Hey there Conscious Creator! Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Have you been struggling to manifest the same thing, month after month, or year after year?
  • Do you feel like other people can manifest super easily while you can’t seem to get it to work at all?
  • Are you settling for less than what you really want because you don’t think you can make anything more happen?
  • Are you living a life that’s not bad but doesn’t quite match up to your dreams?

Here’s where most manifesting books, coaches, and programs get it wrong.

Those people that tell you to just “visualize” and “think positive thoughts” so you can “change your vibration” and magically call in your desires are only telling you about one piece of the manifestation puzzle.

And yes, I do talk about those things too! However, I always encourage you to take the work deeper.

Please know that if you’re feeling stuck or like you can’t quite get what you want, it’s not a reflection of you.

It’s actually just a big red flag that there are deeper patterns happening in your own mind that you’re are likely unaware of.

But if you continue to ignore this stuff, it will continue to (secretly) trip you up and prevent you from getting what you really want.


The Truth About Subconscious Manifestation


The problem is that right now you are manifesting from your subconscious mind as well as your conscious mind.

While we all have our conscious desires that we are highly aware of, we also have unconscious desires: the desires of our subconscious mind.

That means that while one part of you is very much hoping to change, the other (larger) part of your mind very much doesn’t want to.

Your subconscious mind is hard-wired to protect you at all costs. And unfortunately, because of that program, it will hold onto old situations and patterns–even if they’re painful or unsatisfactory–just because it knows what to expect.

Your subconscious mind will always favor the familiar over the unknown.

Without doing the work to reprogram your entire mind to feel worthy of what you really want, you’re always going to run into blocks calling in your manifestations.

Here’s how I explain this: imagine having a car with one wheel turned in one direction and one wheel turned in the opposite direction. When you try to go in two directions at once, you will remain exactly where you are.

It’s impossible to make progress in either direction, as long as your will is divided and your subconscious mind feels it is not worthy of what you really want in life.

So if you’re in any way feeling stuck with manifesting or like you just can’t make progress towards what you want, then it’s time to fix it! It’s time to start creating awareness around your own subconscious programming so you can begin to heal it.


3 Parts Of Your Subconscious Mind


Your shadow, your worthiness (or havingness levels, as I also call it), your programmed limiting beliefs: these are the biggest subconscious mind elements that have an impact on your manifestations. Let’s have a look at each one:


Subconscious Manifestation Element #1:

The Shadow


Your shadow self is one of the biggest elements of your subconscious programming.

When I talk about the shadow, I’m referring to two different things.

1. Your Dark Desires

Humans are complicated creatures. While we have some very high-vibe desires, we’re also frequently motivated by factors that we’d rather not admit to ourselves.

For example, while your conscious mind is dreaming of wealth perhaps your subconscious mind is secretly enjoying the f*ck out of not having money!

It might very well love the drama and the attention and the constant rollercoaster dynamics of not knowing how to pay your own rent.

Most of us have a lot of shame around this–which means, we don’t even want to admit it to ourselves! But if we refuse to look at them, we can never heal and transmute those desires.

Or, in other words, as long as we pretend those dark desires don’t exist, they’re going to continue to rule over us.

2. Your Rejected Selves

You might be the most badass, confident, sexy creature right now. But were you always this way?

Most of us experienced some times during our childhood and youth where we were very much not the people we are today.

Maybe you were the overweight child or the acne-riddled teenager. Or maybe you had debilitating shyness (like me!) or some other issue that made you feel rejected, unlikable, and ashamed.

Those days might be long behind us. However, most of us “got over” those times by learning how to be something more acceptable.

However, that is just a coping mechanism. It typically means we’re still rejecting that version of use. On some level, we still agree with the shame we experienced back then–which is the complete opposite of full self-acceptance and real self-love.

Exploring your rejected selves can spark some huge lightbulb moments. This powerful work will always help you to become a more whole and integrated (and therefore powerfully magnetic) version of you.


Subconscious Manifestation Element #2:

Your Limiting Beliefs & Trauma


It’s tough to believe at times but so many of the things we take “as fact” are actually, not factual at all!

These things are limiting beliefs: the beliefs we have about the world that limit and prevent us from actually having what we want in life.

They sound like reasonable factual ideas: “There’s no good single men in this town.” “No matter what I do I can’t lose weight.” etc.

What has really happened is that our brain has gone out and looked for proof of these fleeting ideas over and over again, to the point that we don’t even question them anymore.

But trust me, they’re not actually true and–even worse!–they are getting in the way of you manifesting your desires.

This problem becomes even more compounded when the beliefs are the result of what I call Small-T Trauma: the kind of childhood trauma we all experience that “teaches” us that we are unlovable or not worthy of getting our needs met.

The lessons we learn in those moments (like when a parent ignores your requests to play) are extremely deeply embedded. What was a passing moment in your past can result in you carrying around a story of: “My needs are not important” or “I am not worthy of attention.”


Subconscious Manifestation Element #3:

Low Self-Worth & Identity


I just talked about limiting beliefs. While there are lots of types of limiting beliefs, multiple beliefs can work together to lower our self-worth and create an identity that ultimately settles for way less than we want (and deserve).

We all have some ingrained ideas of what we’re worthy of when it comes to love, money etc.

But the more deeply ingrained those ideas are, the more difficult it will be to shift them.

Taken to an extreme, when we identify these things as just part of who we are, we will fail to realize that we have power in this situation!

Basically, you have the power to learn how to become anything you want to be, no matter what your brain is telling you.

If we are someone who perpetually accepts low paying jobs or not-so-healthy relationship patterns, it’s time to think about our identity beliefs. Why do we continually accept these things into our life if we know they’re not what we really want?

Your self-talk is a huge giveaway here as well. If you have conscious (or unconscious) thoughts like “I’m such a loser.” “I’m a hot mess.” then you definitely have some subconscious identity issues to work on.


Subconscious Manifestation Blocks & Your Self-Worth


All of these elements can come together in various ways to form subconscious blocks.

But to put it simply, when your self-worth is too low, you will continually settle for less than what your conscious mind wants, without you even noticing it.

It will feel like you’re stuck in a neverending loop or pattern: changing jobs or relationships only to face the same issues, over and over again.

You might start to think “that’s just the way it is” or maybe even that you’re cursed or doomed to live a life that’s not what you really want.

But it’s really just your subconscious mind acting out its old unhealthy programming.

Starting now, you have a choice.

  • Take no action with your subconscious mind and continue to let life play out the way it currently is (going around in circles & feeling frustrated).

Or

  • Understand that while your subconscious has been blocking you, you can take back control if you want to.

We all have the power to reprogram our subconscious mind to raise our self-worth and increase our havingness levels (aka receiving more money, love, success, health, etc.)

This process isn’t just going to happen without you taking control.

(You can’t read a book about going to the gym and expect to lose weight!)

Your subconscious mind will be more than happy to keep doing what it’s always done. But you do have the power to change that! With a little time and effort, you can begin the process of healing.


Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind For Manifestation


So now the question becomes how exactly do I reprogram my subconscious mind to receive what I want to manifest?

Fortunately, there are lots of ways to do this!

The important thing to remember is that your subconscious mind was programmed over time. So it usually takes time for us to fully integrate the new ideas we need to help us manifest.

Here are a few examples:

NLP (and/or) hypnosis is one of the most powerful methods. (I am soon releasing my new hypnosis package so stay tuned!)

Hypnosis meditations and subliminals are a way to do this at home. (I’m also offering a brand new monthly program with more of these very soon!)

EFT (or tapping) is another method.

Plus, there’s also journaling: a practice that I personally use daily, in conjunction with the other tools to help me rewire my subconscious mind for what I want.




Remember my dear friend, you are not cursed. You are not broken. And you are definitely not the exception to the manifesting rule! You are perfectly capable and deserving of manifesting your desires. You just need to understand the way in which your brain works first and then start doing the work to heal and reprogram what you think is possible.

Raise Your Self-Worth To Become Magnetic

Wondering why your manifestations aren’t working?

It’s not that you don’t want great things.

It’s not that you don’t deserve them.

And it’s definitely not that the Universe doesn’t want to give you those things.

It might be all too likely that your own self-worth is tripping you up–without you even noticing.

We all have set limits in life: we live our life in between an invisible upper and lower limit.

Let’s illustrate this:

You can probably all think of a friend who constantly dates people you don’t think are worth their while. But of course, your friend cannot see the issue. While you wouldn’t dare spend your time with someone who’s disrespectful or not faithful (or who just leaves you on read), your friend does.

To you, this type of person would just not be an option but your friend doesn’t see it that way. Their minimum standard is just lower than yours; what wouldn’t be acceptable to you, is entirely acceptable to them (for better or worse). Their low level of self-worth is creating a life you would never dream of.

This is an obvious example but the exact same dynamic might be happening to you, without you even noticing.


When you don’t think you’re worthy of something, you’ll end up blocking so much of the goodness that’s your true right as a human.



You must learn how to claim what’s rightfully yours in order to become magnetic to your desires.

Many of us inadvertently punish ourselves by creating negative stories around our goals: when I lose the last ten pounds, then I’ll be thin enough to find my true love. Etc. While on some level we believe we’re just motivating ourselves, what we’re really doing is committing to our story of being not enough.

So know this: if you can’t give yourself permission right now to have your desires then you’ll never be able to achieve them.

Manifesting isn’t about perfection–thank goodness or none of us would be able to manifest! But it is about being bold about your own life and stepping up to claim what’s rightfully yours. It’s about embodying your self-worth, fully and totally.

4 Ways To Raise Your Self-Worth To Become Magnetic


Raise Your Worth Exercise #1:

Take A Rock Star Inventory


Baby, you’re a star! No matter who you are, you’ve got some unique talents and abilities that few other people possess. But when was the last time you thought about those things?

We all tend to be future-focused in life: always worrying about the next paycheque, job, relationship etc. That’s all well and good but sometimes we focus on the future at the detriment of remembering what we’ve already accomplished.

So think about it: what are your greatest talents? Your rock star abilities? Your most shining moments? I challenge you to write them all down somewhere (in your journal or even in the notes app on your phone) and then come back to them regularly (once or twice a week at least!).

No matter how old or young you might be, the results of this list can be surprising. Even if you never share this list with another person, keeping in touch with your inner Rock Star is a wonderful way to remember just how awesome you really are!


Raise Your Worth Exercise #2:

Drop The Victim Story


Tell the truth: are you living in a blame mentality? Too often we allow circumstances from our past to interfere with our future. But the truth is that playing the victim isn’t about what’s happened to you. It’s actually just you giving your own power away.

In the end, your life is always under your control. No, we can’t predict everything and we definitely can’t control anyone! But we can always shift our thoughts and feelings and we can definitely control our own actions. Saying that you’re not where you want to be because your parents were a certain way or you didn’t get into the right school (or whatever else it is) really just means that you’re valuing that one event in front of everything else.

But what happens when you eliminate that thinking? When you step into your power? When you look at your past and say “so what” and keep moving in the direction of your dreams instead? This is your story and if you want to be the hero, it’s time to start acting like one!


Raise Your Worth Exercise #3:

Watch Your Words


It’s basically impossible to feel good about yourself when you’re stuck in a pattern of destructive negative self-talk. Yet our brains operate like this almost by default! All too often we think that what we tell ourselves doesn’t really matter. But it does. Every word and story that you use to describe yourself is a vote for your own future. So what kind of future are you creating for yourself?

Be kind to yourself and choose words that build you up instead of tearing you down! Think about the kind of person who embodies your dream life. How do they describe themselves? Their present? Their past?

Don’t get stuck in the habit of using the words and sentences you always have! Your language is a huge opportunity for active growth and change. You are so much more magnificent than you’re used to believing so start choosing the language that reflects that.


Raise Your Worth Exercise #4:

Drop The Comparisons


Comparison-itis is hard to avoid in this age of social media! But as the old saying goes: comparison is the thief of joy. Constantly comparing your imperfect real life to the heavily edited Instagram or Pinterest-perfect images you see online will always leave you feeling like something’s missing.

Of course, perfection doesn’t exist for anyone, no matter how perfect their feed might be! So take action to make sure you’re not doing this: stop following the accounts that make you feel bad about yourself (or mute them instead!). Curate your intake of media to focus on people that truly inspire you, not make you feel inadequate. Everything you intake holds a vibration so let’s starting feeding your mind the high-vibe inspiration it will thrive on.

Building self-worth is an ongoing project so don’t try to take it all on at once! Start taking baby steps today and soon you’ll be showing up in the world like the bright star you were always meant to be!

Expand Your Worth To Receive Abundance

Your sense of worth is EVERYTHING when it comes to manifesting! Because your life is created from your own standards.


Your sense of worthiness isn’t about achieving more or pushing yourself farther. It’s about a sense of inner acceptance.



The truth is that society has literally trained you to feel unworthy! Just turn on the TV and watch a few commercials to see this in action! You are clearly not worthy now but you might be if only you buy this mascara, laundry detergent or car.

We’ve been conditioned to think worthiness is always just around the corner. But like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, it will always remain just out of reach unless you decide to step up and claim your worthiness back for yourself.

Healing your worthiness issues is the most important step towards creating a new wealth consciousness! According to the Law of Attraction, if you keep expecting money to somehow elude you it will. So it’s time for you to admit that you have some money worthiness issues in order to heal them.

But the good news is that you can also RAISE those standards yourself! You don’t have to settle for what your parents told you was good enough or what your ex-boyfriend thought you deserved. You’re a free agent in this life and only what you think matters!

Shedding those old opinions and stories is the only way to come back to your truth: that you are a deeply worthy and deserving being…

EVEN THOUGH you’re not perfect.
EVEN THOUGH there’s work left to be done.
EVEN THOUGH your life’s to-do list has yet to be finished.

If you’re ready to shift from scarcity into abundance, then it’s time to make sure your worthiness-levels match with what you want in life! And here are four different ways to do exactly that.


Expand Your Worth To Receive Abundance


Receive Abundance Step #1:

Drop The Judgment



Judgment is one of the biggest blocks on the road to abundance! When we place the people we see in the world on a scale, we’re automatically getting on that scale along with them! Judging someone for having less only works when you’re looking in one direction. When you look the other way, suddenly it doesn’t feel so great anymore.

Despite what it feels like deciding on who does or doesn’t deserve their money is not our job! You can’t ever judge someone else without also judging yourself on some level! So let’s drop the judgment habit.

When you stop thinking in black and white terms you leave room for everyone to become equal. And when people are equal there’s no more resentment over who earns more or less money than you.


Receive Abundance Step #2:

Step Into Receiving



All the intentions in the world cannot make up for a low sense of worth. It’s one thing to desire something but it’s a whole ‘nother ball of wax to actually allow that something into our life!

We’re actually pretty good at deflecting outside help because it somehow triggers us or it doesn’t look quite the way we expect it to. Saying no to these gifts from the Universe is common when you’re feeling unworthy.

So it’s time to say YES to whatever help you’re receiving–whether that’s from a mysterious source or from your boyfriend. Keep saying yes and keep allowing help to arrive and you’ll only attract more and more of the same.


Receive Abundance Step #3:

Drop The Old Paradigms



You’ve been told over and over again that people with money are worth more than you. But of course that’s not actually true! Buying into this belief is an easy way to keep wealth at arm’s length! Not only do you believe that something must be wrong with you for not having it that but you also start to put abundance and money on a pedestal. The higher you make that pedestal in your mind, the more difficult it will be for you to earn the money you so desire!

It’s time for you to throw that old paradigm out the window! Stop using wealth as an indicator of success. Instead, look at how many people you’re helping or how you’re changing the world through what you do. Money isn’t the true goal here but impact certainly is! It’s time to get clear about what kind of impact you’re making.


Receive Abundance Step #4:

Restructure Your Other Beliefs



You can deny them all you want but we’ve all got limiting beliefs that relate to our money consciousness! It’s true: not every belief that you hold is doing you a favor! Some of those beliefs are harmful–and they likely weren’t even truly yours to begin with. You learned them through the world you lived in as a child. So even though they defy logical sense and your current conscious belief structure, they’re still there, making you behave in ways that aren’t at all in alignment with your intentions.

Every belief you have is really just a sentence! So it’s time to be conscious about which sentences you’re choosing. Do you want money to be difficult to earn? Do you want rich people to be greedy? Do you really want to think money is the root of all evil? Once you draw attention to the pre-existing ideas you have about money it becomes much easier to swap them out for something that you actually want to believe.




Mindset is everything in life, and that’s no different when it comes to attracting more money! So if you’re money game isn’t quite where you want it to be, you likely have some worthiness issues lurking beneath the surface. But learning to love on yourself is 100% free–so it’s well worth diving into the work I’ve outlined here.
