There’s a HOT new manifestation technique taking the Law of Attraction world by storm. If you’re wondering how to use the 3 6 9 method for manifestation, this video is for you!

Fresh from the world of TikTok, today I’m explaining the 3 6 9 Manifestation Method so that YOU can start to use this simple yet powerful technique to manifest your desires!

There is a brand new manifestation trend hitting the internet these days! It is called the 3 6 9 Manifestation Method and today I’m going to tell you how to do it.

Hi my loves and welcome back to another manifestation video. My name is Jenn. I’m a spiritual life and business coach and this is my youtube channel. Whether you are here for the first time or whether you’re a regular subscriber I would love to welcome you aboard today.

So as I said at the top of the video, today I’m explaining the 3 6 9 manifestation method to you.

So as you know I am a bit of a manifestation junkie and pretty much anything that has to do with the law of attraction I am completely on board with. So this new trend came across my radar very recently and of course, I had to learn what it was all about and I wanted to share what I’ve learned with you today.

So the first thing I’m going to tell you is that this is so new that I haven’t actually given it a full shot of trying it out! Butt I’m going to tell you why this might work and hopefully, this will inspire you to give it a shot in your own world. So we can all report back with our findings let each other know if it’s working for us or not.

So as I mentioned this trend became popular on TikTok and it’s a really simple way of boiling down manifestation and of course, TikTok is all about super fast super quick informational videos.

But when you watch a video like that it often doesn’t give you the real juice and the real knowledge behind why something works. So today I’m going to share a little bit more about the theory behind it so you can understand how to use this manifestation tool in your own world.

So the name of the trend like I said is the 3 6 9 manifestation method and the reason why these numbers are involved all goes back to do with the master of energy himself Nikola Tesla.

Mr Tesla was obsessed with the numbers and in fact, he thought that these were sacred numbers. Tesla is a super interesting guy and in fact, he is responsible for one of my favorite ever quotes about energy:

If you want to find the secrets of the universe think in terms of energy frequency and vibration.

So this quote is often used hand in hand in the world of Law of Attraction because of course in the law of attraction we are always talking about energy and vibration and becoming a vibrational match to what you want.

Most teachers will tell you that visualization is the tool that’s going to take you there my method is a little bit more deep, and that’s why I talk about the mindset stuff.

But you’ve probably watched a few videos of mine already so you probably already know that but the point is Tesla is a super interesting dude, a super interesting human who happens to be incredibly handsome.

Did you know that he spent the last days of his life in a hotel room in New York while he was in love with a pigeon? That’s completely random but absolutely true true story! Go look it up if you don’t believe me.

So I have never heard of anyone else who has been in love with a pigeon. !o that pigeon must have had one heck of a vibration!

Let me tell you anyway that is a side story. So getting back to the 3 6 9 method. So Tesla was obsessed with these numbers and really believed these were sacred numbers.

So basically what this method of manifestation is doing is charging on those numbers and using these numbers throughout your day to amplify your vibration so this kind of theory goes also hand in hand with another law of attraction rule so to speak which is the 17 second rule.

And basically what the 17 second rule means is that if you can hold a thought for seconds it will start to build momentum. So if you are trying to manifest something and you’re thinking about it the idea is that if you’re thinking about it for a longer period of time like 17 seconds or longer it is going to give that thought more power.

Of course, everything begins as a thought, you guys. But we just choose to give some of our thoughts power and some of our thoughts we don’t choose to give enough power to.

Unfortunately, most of us spend a lot more than seconds in our day thinking about some pretty terrible things in our life things that may have a way of funnily enough manifesting in our reality.

So what you really want to do is to become conscious of what you’re thinking and to learn how to control your thoughts and I have lots of other videos on how you can do that.

But getting back to the method today the idea is that writing out your thoughts will take about 17 seconds or you will put you in that mental state of 17 seconds. So it’s basically combining the three sacred numbers of tesla with this idea that holding a thought for 17 seconds or longer can change your vibration and put you in a different level in a different state of being that in turn makes you more magnetic to what you want.

So the way the 3 6 9 method really works is super simple you guys. What you’re going gonna do is get yourself a notepad and in the morning you are going to write out what you want three times presumably it will take you longer than 17 seconds
to write out what you want.

And while you’re doing this while you’re writing out your intention three times you’re going to be thinking about it, thinking about it being present tense putting yourself in that state already having it feeling gratitude a feeling joy of feeling happiness. Staying there for however long it takes to write out your intention.

Tree times okay that is the morning. Then the afternoon comes and we are going to do this again but we are going to do it six times Then the evening is going to come and we are going to do it (you guessed it!) nine times.

So that is it that is the three six nine method. And again what we are doing is just taking these number frequencies that Tesla thought were sacred and holy and combining them with the idea that you can amplify your vibration by thinking about something and by concentrating on something.

So this method is really close to the 5×55 method which I’ve done a video about (You can check out right here:: )

As I said in that video I’m not the biggest fan of that method because I feel like writing something out times is way too long. And it reminds me of writing lines in school and being punished and it just didn’t work for me in my vibration at all but if you’re into it
you know go ahead.

Manifestation methods aren’t always the same for everybody. So the real difference I can see between these two methods not only is it the Tesla magic numbers but the fact that you don’t have to write things for that long.

Yes you have to do them three times a day but you don’t have to keep doing it for five days in a row and you don’t have to do it 5 times.

So in that way of looking at this I can see how this method would be really easy and simple to include in your day yet it could potentially be very effective writing something out even nine times is probably not enough to make you completely bored and kind of resenting the fact that you’re doing it.

Definitely writing things out does help you to tune into the energy of what you want. With any of these quick manifestation methods though I always suggest that if you are serious about manifesting what you want, that you also do the inner work involved.

I would really recommend thinking about you know your limiting beliefs or your negative programming things from your past that you need to reprogram and heal in addition to this manifestation method.

Thinking about your desires is a good start. That’s the beginning of it! But usually, we all have subconscious blocks and negative programming in our way that actually get in the way of us creating what we want.

But I just wanted to come on here and quickly explain this brand new manifestation technique for you guys so that you can go ahead and go try it out.

Like I said it is so new to me that I haven’t really had a chance to play with it but I am definitely going to give this a shot. I really personally love journaling in the morning anyway so for me this is much more of a stretch to add a couple of small journaling sessions throughout the day.

And journaling really is one of my favorite manifestation tools and if you are not journaling i highly suggest you get on it but I can really see the benefit and why this method could work whether or not you believe in tesla’s magic numbers whether or not you believe in the second rule go ahead try it out. I mean why not right like do it for a week and just see what happens in your world?

In the end, manifestation really is just a game and the more happy joyous fun energy you can bring to what you’re doing the better it is going to be for your practice.

It's a FACT of life: you're simply NOT going to fe It's a FACT of life: you're simply NOT going to feel good all the time.And that's okay!Not gonna lie: the last month or so has been rough for me.The darkness of winter + strict lockdowns/limited holiday celebrations were TOUGH.I've definitely had my moments of letting it all get to me.But that doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.It doesn't mean that I'm somehow failing.And it definitely does NOT mean I'm putting more space between me and my manifestation goals.Even with the BEST of intentions, life is 50/50. Expecting perfection at any time will ONLY set you up for disappointment.Feeling frustrated, down, exhausted: those are all normal feelings for anyone experiencing a pandemic (plus general winter blues/ political chaos etc.)So while I don't want to create MORE of those feelings, I'm also not going to judge myself for having them.Making your feelings WRONG does not speed you up back into feeling better. It only creates self-loathing and resistance.Are you feeling the same? Here are a few things that are helping me right now:- Just letting myself cry if I feel like it (Sometimes 10 minutes of a good cry is a sufficient release!)
- Concentrating on pandemic-lockdown friendly goals that I CAN achieve (Doing pilates every day, meditation + Manifestation Journaling)
- Taking a break from drinking (I only drank about once a week anyway! But why not try going without it for a month?)
- Doing more behind-the-scenes entrepreneur stuff (The kinds of things that are so easy to put off for "someday")
- Using my SAD lamp every morning! (I only just got it but I swear it's helping)
- NOT judging myself too harshly if I suddenly don't feel up to doing the work I had planned or posting as much I "should" (Being an entrepreneur brings an EXTRA level of potential self-judgment that's hard to get out of at times.)This is all just a great example of one of the most important lessons of LIFE.You don't get to choose all your circumstances. But you DO get to choose what you do WITH them.What are you choosing to create right now? Whether you're in lockdown or not, I'd love to hear it!
