Hey there Conscious Creator! Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Have you been struggling to manifest the same thing, month after month, or year after year?
  • Do you feel like other people can manifest super easily while you can’t seem to get it to work at all?
  • Are you settling for less than what you really want because you don’t think you can make anything more happen?
  • Are you living a life that’s not bad but doesn’t quite match up to your dreams?

Here’s where most manifesting books, coaches, and programs get it wrong.

Those people that tell you to just “visualize” and “think positive thoughts” so you can “change your vibration” and magically call in your desires are only telling you about one piece of the manifestation puzzle.

And yes, I do talk about those things too! However, I always encourage you to take the work deeper.

Please know that if you’re feeling stuck or like you can’t quite get what you want, it’s not a reflection of you.

It’s actually just a big red flag that there are deeper patterns happening in your own mind that you’re are likely unaware of.

But if you continue to ignore this stuff, it will continue to (secretly) trip you up and prevent you from getting what you really want.


The Truth About Subconscious Manifestation


The problem is that right now you are manifesting from your subconscious mind as well as your conscious mind.

While we all have our conscious desires that we are highly aware of, we also have unconscious desires: the desires of our subconscious mind.

That means that while one part of you is very much hoping to change, the other (larger) part of your mind very much doesn’t want to.

Your subconscious mind is hard-wired to protect you at all costs. And unfortunately, because of that program, it will hold onto old situations and patterns–even if they’re painful or unsatisfactory–just because it knows what to expect.

Your subconscious mind will always favor the familiar over the unknown.

Without doing the work to reprogram your entire mind to feel worthy of what you really want, you’re always going to run into blocks calling in your manifestations.

Here’s how I explain this: imagine having a car with one wheel turned in one direction and one wheel turned in the opposite direction. When you try to go in two directions at once, you will remain exactly where you are.

It’s impossible to make progress in either direction, as long as your will is divided and your subconscious mind feels it is not worthy of what you really want in life.

So if you’re in any way feeling stuck with manifesting or like you just can’t make progress towards what you want, then it’s time to fix it! It’s time to start creating awareness around your own subconscious programming so you can begin to heal it.


3 Parts Of Your Subconscious Mind


Your shadow, your worthiness (or havingness levels, as I also call it), your programmed limiting beliefs: these are the biggest subconscious mind elements that have an impact on your manifestations. Let’s have a look at each one:


Subconscious Manifestation Element #1:

The Shadow


Your shadow self is one of the biggest elements of your subconscious programming.

When I talk about the shadow, I’m referring to two different things.

1. Your Dark Desires

Humans are complicated creatures. While we have some very high-vibe desires, we’re also frequently motivated by factors that we’d rather not admit to ourselves.

For example, while your conscious mind is dreaming of wealth perhaps your subconscious mind is secretly enjoying the f*ck out of not having money!

It might very well love the drama and the attention and the constant rollercoaster dynamics of not knowing how to pay your own rent.

Most of us have a lot of shame around this–which means, we don’t even want to admit it to ourselves! But if we refuse to look at them, we can never heal and transmute those desires.

Or, in other words, as long as we pretend those dark desires don’t exist, they’re going to continue to rule over us.

2. Your Rejected Selves

You might be the most badass, confident, sexy creature right now. But were you always this way?

Most of us experienced some times during our childhood and youth where we were very much not the people we are today.

Maybe you were the overweight child or the acne-riddled teenager. Or maybe you had debilitating shyness (like me!) or some other issue that made you feel rejected, unlikable, and ashamed.

Those days might be long behind us. However, most of us “got over” those times by learning how to be something more acceptable.

However, that is just a coping mechanism. It typically means we’re still rejecting that version of use. On some level, we still agree with the shame we experienced back then–which is the complete opposite of full self-acceptance and real self-love.

Exploring your rejected selves can spark some huge lightbulb moments. This powerful work will always help you to become a more whole and integrated (and therefore powerfully magnetic) version of you.


Subconscious Manifestation Element #2:

Your Limiting Beliefs & Trauma


It’s tough to believe at times but so many of the things we take “as fact” are actually, not factual at all!

These things are limiting beliefs: the beliefs we have about the world that limit and prevent us from actually having what we want in life.

They sound like reasonable factual ideas: “There’s no good single men in this town.” “No matter what I do I can’t lose weight.” etc.

What has really happened is that our brain has gone out and looked for proof of these fleeting ideas over and over again, to the point that we don’t even question them anymore.

But trust me, they’re not actually true and–even worse!–they are getting in the way of you manifesting your desires.

This problem becomes even more compounded when the beliefs are the result of what I call Small-T Trauma: the kind of childhood trauma we all experience that “teaches” us that we are unlovable or not worthy of getting our needs met.

The lessons we learn in those moments (like when a parent ignores your requests to play) are extremely deeply embedded. What was a passing moment in your past can result in you carrying around a story of: “My needs are not important” or “I am not worthy of attention.”


Subconscious Manifestation Element #3:

Low Self-Worth & Identity


I just talked about limiting beliefs. While there are lots of types of limiting beliefs, multiple beliefs can work together to lower our self-worth and create an identity that ultimately settles for way less than we want (and deserve).

We all have some ingrained ideas of what we’re worthy of when it comes to love, money etc.

But the more deeply ingrained those ideas are, the more difficult it will be to shift them.

Taken to an extreme, when we identify these things as just part of who we are, we will fail to realize that we have power in this situation!

Basically, you have the power to learn how to become anything you want to be, no matter what your brain is telling you.

If we are someone who perpetually accepts low paying jobs or not-so-healthy relationship patterns, it’s time to think about our identity beliefs. Why do we continually accept these things into our life if we know they’re not what we really want?

Your self-talk is a huge giveaway here as well. If you have conscious (or unconscious) thoughts like “I’m such a loser.” “I’m a hot mess.” then you definitely have some subconscious identity issues to work on.


Subconscious Manifestation Blocks & Your Self-Worth


All of these elements can come together in various ways to form subconscious blocks.

But to put it simply, when your self-worth is too low, you will continually settle for less than what your conscious mind wants, without you even noticing it.

It will feel like you’re stuck in a neverending loop or pattern: changing jobs or relationships only to face the same issues, over and over again.

You might start to think “that’s just the way it is” or maybe even that you’re cursed or doomed to live a life that’s not what you really want.

But it’s really just your subconscious mind acting out its old unhealthy programming.

Starting now, you have a choice.

  • Take no action with your subconscious mind and continue to let life play out the way it currently is (going around in circles & feeling frustrated).

Or

  • Understand that while your subconscious has been blocking you, you can take back control if you want to.

We all have the power to reprogram our subconscious mind to raise our self-worth and increase our havingness levels (aka receiving more money, love, success, health, etc.)

This process isn’t just going to happen without you taking control.

(You can’t read a book about going to the gym and expect to lose weight!)

Your subconscious mind will be more than happy to keep doing what it’s always done. But you do have the power to change that! With a little time and effort, you can begin the process of healing.


Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind For Manifestation


So now the question becomes how exactly do I reprogram my subconscious mind to receive what I want to manifest?

Fortunately, there are lots of ways to do this!

The important thing to remember is that your subconscious mind was programmed over time. So it usually takes time for us to fully integrate the new ideas we need to help us manifest.

Here are a few examples:

NLP (and/or) hypnosis is one of the most powerful methods. (I am soon releasing my new hypnosis package so stay tuned!)

Hypnosis meditations and subliminals are a way to do this at home. (I’m also offering a brand new monthly program with more of these very soon!)

EFT (or tapping) is another method.

Plus, there’s also journaling: a practice that I personally use daily, in conjunction with the other tools to help me rewire my subconscious mind for what I want.




Remember my dear friend, you are not cursed. You are not broken. And you are definitely not the exception to the manifesting rule! You are perfectly capable and deserving of manifesting your desires. You just need to understand the way in which your brain works first and then start doing the work to heal and reprogram what you think is possible.

6 Signs Your Money Self-Worth Is Shockingly Low

Money has been something I’ve always struggled with–to the point that being someone who struggled with money was just part of my identity.

I dreamed about making more but when it came down to actually making more of it, something always got in the way. (I couldn’t go for the job I really wanted because I didn’t have the training. My employers were cheap. The city was just too hard to make money in.) Etc etc etc.

I know that right now looking at those sentences it’s very easy to see how I was creating a story of scarcity and lack. But all of that stuff felt very real to me at the time.

And I suspect it might seem very real to you too, since you found your way to this post today!

So I really want you to know: that your money reality does not have to look the same way it always has.



We’re always the creators of our own stories. But we keep telling ourselves stories based on what’s already happened to us, instead of creating something new.



That’s just the way we were raised: with an I’ll Believe It When I See It mentality. That just makes sense to our human brains. It makes us feel like we’re doing the “right” thing.

But what happens when you believe without evidence?

What happens when you start writing a new money story that isn’t tied to your old money disappointments and negative programming?

It’s actually only when we can let go of our past limitations that we step into our true power as a Conscious Creator (aka manifestor!).

However, that’s easier said than done! When it comes to money, we all have a lot of money mindset baggage that we need to unpack.

Even if we don’t realize it! Quite often that money mindset stuff is all so well-ingrained that often we don’t even realize it’s there!

That’s the biggest problem with limiting beliefs: we truly believe in them, to the point that they just seem like cold hard facts, not things we’ve actually chosen for ourselves.

So just in case you’re wondering about whether your own money mindset needs a boost, I put together this guide to help you identity your own signs of low money self-worth.


6 Signs That Your Money Self-Worth Is Shockingly Low


Signs Of Low Money Self-Worth #1:

You Think You Need To Win The Lottery



I’ve talked to a lot of people over the years who are all looking to manifest more money! And quite a few of those people have the exact same dream: to win the lottery.

Winning the lotto might seem like the easiest breeziest way to change your money story fast. So I understand why people desire this. But after learning more about the energetics of money, now I can see why this desire is a money block unto itself.

Many people put their focus on trying to win the lottery because they don’t believe there’s any other way they can make money. That means this desire is forming out of desperation, not true desire! They believe the power to make money is separate from them. They’re only wanting this because they don’t trust themselves enough to figure out how to make or earn more money on their own.

So here’s a question for you to ponder: would you rather chance your way into winning a million dollars? Or would you rather learn how to earn that money yourself?

After all, if you learn how to do it yourself, then you become unfuckwithable when it comes to money. You truly learn that you generate your own fortune and that means you can generate more anytime you like. And in my mind, that is true self-worth when it comes to money, not lack and scarcity.


Signs Of Low Money Self-Worth #2:

You Blame Others For Your Finances



I get it: the money struggle is real! And blaming other people for your current situation feels justified in so many ways.

While I’m not one to deny that there are plenty of factors that affect our ability to earn and keep money, I’m also adamant that each and every one of us take full responsibility for our money story.

So yes it’s true: maybe you grew up “on the wrong side of the tracks”. Maybe your family had money issues. Maybe your socio-economic/racial background has a history of poverty.

Those things might be very true and real! But they’re also not a complete block to your success–unless you agree to make them so.

If you believe the story that your background or education or skin color matters more than you, then yes of course that’s going to hold you back. But there are people alive here on this planet who’ve overcome all kinds of adversity–which means those excuses are not objectively real.

Yes, it’s often easier to stay angry and to play the victim. It’s very easy to identify what’s standing in your way. And it’s downright difficult to see those same blocks and to take action anyway. But that’s a choice that every person gets to make for themselves, no matter who they are or what they’ve experienced. So if you’re choosing to play the victim, it might be worth questioning why.


Signs Of Low Money Self-Worth #3:

You Haven’t Asked For A Raise/Raised Your Prices



Haven’t received a raise in years? Or you’re tiptoeing around raising your current prices? That’s really just money fear in disguise–and a very obvious sign that your money self-worth is dangerously low.

Inflation is just a fact of life! That means our rent, food and life costs are slowly going up over time. So unless your salary is also going up over time, you’re actually going to be making less money than you were when you first began.

That might not have anything to do with you personally but here’s where it gets personal: your value is also going up over time. Even if you don’t technically get a promotion, you’ve clocked another solid year at doing what you do. That means you’ve gotten better. You’ve gotten faster and you’ve accumulated more knowledge.

It’s easy to forget all about that when everything else stays the same! But it’s true. And whether you’re an employee or an entrepreneur, you have to stay aware of your ever increasing value in the world. Ignoring or downplaying this is a very clear sign of low money self-worth.


Signs Of Low Money Self-Worth #4:

You Don’t Earn Enough To Take Care Of Yourself



You are a spiritual being having a human experience! But money is a basic fact of being human. We’ve simply incarnated in a world where we need money to pay for things.

However, money is still a heavily-weighted emotional topic. In particular, spiritual people and women struggle with their ability to earn money. Even though money rules the world, we still collectively look down on rich people in general. We stereotype them as being evil or greedy. And since we don’t want to be evil or greedy (and therefore remain lovable) then we subconsciously push the money away too.

But money in itself is neither good nor evil. Yes, it does amplify whoever it belongs to! But it doesn’t have any weird power of its own. That means you suddenly having a bunch of money won’t suddenly become someone different.

Those money issues run deep but please know this: there’s nothing wrong or shameful in simply wanting enough for your basic needs or the needs of your family. We shouldn’t have to hide our desires or pretend to want less than we do! If you don’t feel comfortable at least asking for what you want, then that’s a very big sign that your money self-worth needs a boost.


Signs Of Low Money Self-Worth #5:

You Don’t Dress Well


My friends, please don’t get huffy about this one before you hear me out! I’m definitely not the Style Police over here and I do not think my friends need to own the latest Gucci to sit at my table. (I’m wearing my comfy old Lululemon as I write this, for example!)

But there’s no arguing that the way we present ourselves to the world says a lot about how we feel about ourselves.

I want you to imagine for a moment, you at your wealthiest. You’re feeling good, doing amazing things in the world. You’re standing up straight and speaking with confidence. And you’re probably dressing like you actually matter right?

So now tell me: does your Corona daytime pajama outfit match up to that image–even remotely? Do your regular outfit choices make feel like your best, brightest, shiniest self? Are you showing up as your best self at any point during your week?

It doesn’t take a whole lot to feel comfortable and confident, even if you work from home! And if this concept feels completely foreign to you, then maybe it’s time to dig a little deeper. Because if you’re currently not feeling that great about what you see in the mirror, I’m going to guess you’re also not feeling that great about what’s in the bank account either! It’s not a separate issue. Everything is connected!


Signs Of Low Money Self-Worth #5:

You Don’t Think People Like You Can Be Rich



This one definitely applies if you have an Us Vs Them mentality when it comes to money. You always think that rich people just know something that you don’t. You may or may not like being on the team you’re on but the bigger issue is just seeing them as being two different types of people.

Of course, money isn’t everything in life! But if you have the desire for money and you fundamentally believe you can’t have the amount of money that you want, then that’s 100% a sign of low money self-worth.

Basically, you’re giving your power away to some invisible force that’s stronger than you. Because if you truly believe that you can’t ever be rich, you’re probably never going to try to actually become rich! But if wealth is something that you desire then you’re basically signing up to be unhappy forever with this type of mindset.

The Real Reasons Why You Don't Feel Good About Yourself

No matter what you’re after in life (money, love, fame etc.) there’s a common reason behind it all:

We just want to feel good.

We want to feel happy, to feel confident or to feel (finally!) worthy of something bigger. So while our individual goals are all a little bit different the common driving force behind them all is typically the same.

Most of us spend much of our lives chasing down something on the outside, in an attempt to make our inside feel good–even though this doesn’t really work!

Instead, as soon as we achieve something we realize that we want something else–and so end up on a treadmill of chasing the promise of feeling good but never quite getting there.

While goals are wonderful to have, it’s so important to realize that they have nothing to do with how we feel on the inside! Our inner game is an entirely different creature and one that only we have the ability to change for the better.

The one thing that I really want you to know today is that feeling good about yourself is not natural for most of us! Yes, it should be our default factory setting–but unfortunately, a lot of factors get in the way and prevent that from happening.

Curious about what those factors might be? There are actually a lot of reasons why you don’t feel good about yourself but today I’m going to share six of the biggest ones with you, so you can understand your own inner world just a little more.


6 Reasons You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself


Reason You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself #1:

Limiting Beliefs


Almost every single person in the world believes something about the world that is ultimately damaging to themselves.

I know right now you might be asking: “Why would I believe in something that was damaging or limiting to me?” Yet we all do exactly that! Most of these limiting beliefs are things we were taught as children, when we did not yet have our conscious mind to act as a “gatekeeper”. Before the age of seven, everything we learn goes straight into our subconscious mind, where it will live forever.

A lot of this stuff has in fact been around for so long that we just regard it as part of our identity: “I’m shy / not athletic / not artistic / bad at math / not pretty enough” ETC. But are those things really true? You might be quick to label yourself with these things but have those ideas really applied to you over your entire lifetime? Or–if you think about it–can you challenge yourself to see some moments when they were very much not the case? ????

Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy! And most of us are telling ourselves “no” based on these outdated, old and empirically untrue ideas. So yes! One of the biggest reasons why you’re not happy with yourself is because you’ve believed these limiting ideas too much and for too long.


Reason You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself #2:

Inner Mean Girl/Guy


Let me introduce you to one of your biggest barriers to happiness and self-worth: your Inner Critic. We all have an Inner Mean Girl/Guy who takes over the show in our mind far too often. But most people don’t understand where this voice is really coming from–so they begin to identify it as themselves.

But as loud as it can be, that voice isn’t really you–nor is it actually telling you the truth! It’s really just your ego mind doing it’s best to “protect” you: by keeping you feeling afraid or unworthy enough that you just won’t bother trying anything new.

It’s definitely not a voice of reason or an accurate representation of what you’re really capable of! But, for those of us who have not done inner work, we believe what this voice tells us–and that makes it very hard indeed for us to be feel good about ourselves.


Reason You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself #3:

Societal Programming


Turn on your TV or open a magazine for a minute and take a real look at all the ads you see. It’s an unfortunate but true: modern advertising works on the premise of making us feel bad. We’re supposed to feel just a little bit too old/fat/uncool/stupid so we’ll be motivated enough to buy whatever it is that’s being advertised.

That might seem obvious: of course businesses want to make money and they won’t shy away from emotional manipulation in order to do that! But years and years of this subconscious messaging isn’t without consequence.

TV is particularly devastating at this task because our brain goes into a hypnotic state while we’re watching. We tell ourselves that we can “tune out” commercials but our subconscious brain is paying attention–and it’s getting the message: we’re almost good enough to not feel shame. But if we just bought this/did this/looked like this, then we’d finally be worthy of love.

What a terrible way to treat our fellow humans! And most of us are not even aware of what’s happening. But make no mistake–since we’re all subjected to this negative mind programming, we all need to do some real inner work in order to counteract it.


Reason You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself #4:

Living Life For Others


People-pleasing might not seem all that destructive at first glance. What’s wrong with wanting to make other people happy? But for too many of us, this behavior comes with a destructive secret cost. When we learn to value other people’s happiness above our own, we end up becoming a slave to them–and we lose ourselves in the process.

There’s nothing wrong with being nice and thinking of others! But for many of us–especially women!–we’ve been socialized to always put others first. As the saying goes, you must always put on your own oxygen mask first. If you deplete your energy and happiness trying to help someone else, then that is your own fault. No one else is inside of you to see when the emotional/energetic tanks are getting low. And while it might seem like everyone else is taking you for granted, it’s really you that let the situation get this way.

That might be a tough pill to swallow at first but when you really understand this concept, it becomes liberation. You can still do things for others but when you prioritize yourself first, you won’t end up sacrificing yourself in the process.


Reason You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself #5:

The Perfectionism Myth


You might not label yourself as a perfectionist–yet many of us are secret perfectionists and don’t even know it! But creating an unattainable standard in our mind can be damaging to our current state of happiness.



If you believe that you can’t do something until you have every last detail figured out, you’re a perfectionist.

If you believe that achieving one thing will make all your other problems go away, you’re a perfectionist.

If you’re constantly comparing yourself to other people, then YES you might be a perfectionist–and all that perfectionism is probably doing a good job of keeping you very unhappy.

Perfectionism is insidious because often we think we’re just “being honest” or that it’s a true way to motivate ourselves. But in fact, we’re just setting ourselves up to feel terrible! Of course it’s going to be hard to feel happy if we’ve also told ourselves that we’re not allowed to be happy yet or if we’re constantly falling short of some imagined ideal. When we tie up our ideas of happiness with an ideal that can never be attained, we throw away our own ability to feel good along with it.


Reason You Don’t Feel Good About Yourself #6:

Lack Of Emotional Intelligence


Do you know how your brain works? Confession: for a long time I didn’t! I even went to school and got a psychology degree, which taught me a lot about physiology and all that good stuff. But it wasn’t until I started taking classes for coaching and working on my own mindset that I really understood how to use this thing the right way.

Fact: feeling bad about yourself can become a very bad habit. After a certain amount of time, thinking the same sh*tty old thoughts about yourself at some point they become your default–they’re not even something you think about anymore. They just become the sh*t colored glasses that you view your life through.

Learning how to understand and operate your brain the right way is life-changing–and in fact, I wish this was a skill we were all taught in school! But if you don’t feel good about yourself right now, just please know this: you can learn to feel good about yourself when you learn to use your brain the right way.




Please don’t take this post as just doom and gloom. I want you to know that not all hope is lost! While there are some very real obstacles in our way, we still always have the power to retrain our brain and reprogram ourselves for happiness. The first step of the fight is simply knowing what you’re up against!
