Do you rely on routines and habits in your life? And are you still feeling fully engaged with your choices?
In this episode, I’m talking about the idea of respectful disengagement–a way for us to press the pause button on certain parts of our life. This way we can see if we’re still taking the best action for us and also test to see if maybe there’s something new we should try instead. Connection is so important for our happiness and when we lose our conscious reasons for doing what we do then we risk falling into feeling helpless and maybe even depressed.
