Here’s a tool you can use on the go to help clear and release any negative thoughts or limiting beliefs you happen to come across! Sometimes you just want to be extra assertive about your own brain and this is the perfect way to do that! The clearing statement is easy to use (whether out loud or in your head) and makes your intentions to the Universe and your subconscious brain quite clear. Try it out and let me know how it goes!

Have you ever found yourself thinking a very damaging thought, a limiting belief or something really negative about yourself or the world? Well I think we all have and sometimes in the moment you catch yourself thinking these negative things and you really want to kind of take action before they become bigger and even more negative.
So today I’m going to share with you guys a tool that I use when I catch myself thinking these kinds of things and it is called the Clearing statement. And I can’t wait to share this with you guys today!

Today I am sharing with you guys a tool that I really hope will help to transform the way you think about the world.
So of course if you have been watching my videos or reading my blog for any length of time you will know that I am all about consciously creating your reality. And the way that we start to do that is by consciously choosing what we believe in, what we think about and therefore our emotional state.
So what happens when you find a negative thought, a limiting belief, a scarcity statement? What happens when you think those kinds of things? When you locate and find those things?
For most of us, the answer is we start to feel kind of bad. Like once we figure out that we’re thinking something negative we go into this space of “Oh why should do that? Oh my gosh, I’m so stupid.” Or like whatever it is. Like there’s a negative soundtrack that goes along with it that creates even more guilty or negative feelings.
You’re kind of even adding to the negativity by feeling crappy about yourself for having this thought to begin with. So I just want to remind you guys that your thoughts are things like habits that you’ve learned over a lifetime. And sometimes when we figure out that we have that habit it’s gonna take a little bit of time to change. So for example If in real life you are a nail biter and you really want to work on not biting your nails, you probably don’t expect that tomorrow, you are going to go cold turkey. It’s probably gonna take you a little while right? It’s gonna take some time for you to remember who you are now as an unknown person. Because when your subconscious mind kicks and it’s gonna go back to the same old patterns right? And you’re gonna find yourself biting your nails without even thinking about it.
It just takes a little time to retrain your brain and retrain your habits and retrain your thoughts around biting your nails. And that is the exact same thing when it comes to negative thoughts. So your negative thoughts aren’t just going to stop. They’re actually probably never going to stop! We’re gonna catch ourselves thinking things all the time that aren’t actually in our best interests. So instead of you feeling bad and feeling guilty about having these thoughts, I want to give you guys a tool that might help to get you past them and without taking on the ownership of that negativity if that makes sense.
The thing I’m going to share with you guys today is called The Clearing Statement and this is a statement you can just say in your mind or you can say out loud whenever you find yourself thinking something, feeling something, believing in something that you know isn’t actually in your best interests.
The clearing statement goes like this: “I release dissolve and clear this thought / feeling/ belief/ habit across all dimensions time and space.”
Of course, just fill in the blank with whatever thing you have noticed about yourself. This is just telling The Universe and telling your subconscious brain then you are done with this thought. tTat it is over. That you don’t want this thought or this belief or this pattern to have any more of a hold on you.
This is how we just kind of put up a wall and give it back to the world right? We are borrowing ourselves off from having any more damage from this thought / belief / habit whatever it is.
So I just want you guys to start using this and like you don’t have to do it out loud unless you want to. Whenever you locate a negative belief or pattern just try using the clearing statement on it and you can do it a couple of times.
It’s like again like I sometimes say, when we’re creating new habits in our mind it’s gonna take a little bit of time to train ourselves to think the way we want to think. But that’s totally ok! This clearing statement is just here to help you really set a boundary for yourself and also to just tell the Universe that you’re cutting course with this thought.
This thought is just a piece of energy and it has a weight to it. sS we’re kind of just releasing that energy and that belief in that pattern and putting it back where it can’t hurt us anymore. The way we use this tool is that we are just going to use it to sort of zap and eliminate the thoughts that you don’t want to have.
Anytime that you notice a negative thought coming up or get a pattern coming up for you, you can use the clearing statement on it and zap it. Like emotionally, energetically zap it so that we are minimizing that negativity and kind of pushing it away from us.
I know the sounds may be a little bit like superstition. But with anything that I recommend you guys, I really don’t like superstition. I don’t like people to just do things because they think that it is going to work. I always want you guys to be aware of what the process is underneath the ritual or habit.
So in this situation, it’s just like I said, we’re just creating a barrier between us and who we want to be. And this thing that we are carrying around with us and it is just a way to release that thing and put it back in the universe. And I swear using the clearing statement really does work. It really helps you to get a little bit of perspective and clarity. And it is wah wah wah then kicking yourself and feeling bad about having a negative thought.
Having a negative thought is just part of being human. We’re gonna keep finding these things. We’re gonna keep locating these beliefs and we’re gonna keep clearing them and getting rid of them and moving past them and that’s your job. So this tool will hopefully help you do that without getting into the drama of feeling worse about the situation.
