I saw someone say there’s no such thing as self-sabotage-only self-protection. And that’s true. It’s not like there’s a secret inner asshole that wants the WORST for you. But there is a part of you that wants exactly what you think you DON’T want.

The roots of self-sabotage are always subconscious–which is why it’s so tricky to fix this, especially by yourself.

After my marriage abruptly ended, my life as I knew it was over. Relationship, job, home, all suddenly gone.
How exactly had I ended up here?
While I definitely got stuck in the blame game for a while, the truth eventually made its way to the surface: the crime scene of my life had MY OWN finger prints all over it. I had to face the hard fact that, in many ways, I had created this disaster.
(Self-sabotage galore.)
But–as it usually happens–that ending became my beginning.
I became determined to heal and set myself free from those old patterns–and at the same time, I fell in love with a whole new question:
What do I want my life to look like next?
The short story: I sold everything and moved to Europe. I started my business. I wrote a book. And I became deeply responsible for creating my own happiness, all on my terms.
I’m not talking about self-sabotage from a preachy perfect place. I talk about it because I lived it, over and over again, until I’d finally had enough.

While I’m a firm believer in the power of long-term coaching, sometimes you just need a quick session to get a new perspective fast.
You come to this session with one particular area of interest. Together, we deep dive into it, cognitive reframing (to give you your power back), and doing some form of healing work. I typically create a custom hypnosis, bilateral stimulation, or EFT process for you after the session that you can use to keep doing the work on your own.
It’s like giving that one area of your brain a deep cleaning and refresh.
