Video Transcript:

Are you guys looking for an easy quick and fun way to manifest money into your life? Of course you are! Of course everybody is. So today I wanted to do something for you guys that was really quick easy simple and something you can have a lot of fun doing. And that is putting it together a Feng Shui Money Bowl. So if you want to find out what a money Bowl is and how to make one and then be sure to keep watching!

Hi guys it’s Jenn and welcome back to my channel. If you don’t know me I am a life coach and Law of Attraction teacher and this is my YouTube channel where I upload two new videos a week that are all about the art of manifestation and mindset to create what I call a modern girl magic life. Which is the art of basically creating your best life and who doesn’t want that? So if you want to join me on this journey and be sure to hit that subscribe button.

So it’s really funny: one of my most popular videos on YouTube is a Feng Shui for your wallet video that I did several years ago and I’m not really a Feng Shui expert. I do love to use Feng Shui in my home but it’s not my area of expertise for sure. So today’s video is kind of a departure about what I’ve been talking about on my channel lately but hopefully you guys like this just as much as you like the wallet video that I did a few years ago.

Today I’m going to share with you guys how to make a money bowl, or in Feng Shui what is sometimes called a wealth bowl. This is just a bowl of stuff basically that you can put together yourself in kind of a creative way and I like to add this to the wealth corner of my home and just for some extra oomph.

You don’t have to get all into rituals and putting things in your home but sometimes this stuff is really fun and this is kind of just another way that you can play with the energy of money and play with the idea of allowing more money into your life.

Today I’m going to share with you my ingredients from my money Bowl and give you guys some ideas about how you can make yours. It’s super simple I have this vintage Bowl. This is like a vintage Scandinavian stainless steel bowl that my mom got meat a flea market ages ago. I love it. This is moved with me from Vancouver to Berlin believe it or not. So that is my little bowl that I’m going to use.

I also love that it is silver. According to Feng Shui gold would be better so a brass Bowl or something in golden tone would be better. But I think silver also represents money in a lot of ways. So silver is fine for me so I’m going to start off with this bowl and basically what you do is just add a bunch of things to it. What I mostly have in my bowl to be honest is just a bunch of crystals because I am a crystal junkie as most people know.

But I would be very sure to include some green stones. Anything that could represent money is something that you want to add to your bowl so I’ve added in some stones and I’m also going to add in some random coins. I think this one is I don’t know from Japan and this one is from Samara can. I have a Canadian dime I have some money from Korea. I know this isn’t worth very much actually but I like that it says a thousand on it.

I am actually putting in bullet casings which is maybe a weird choice bullet these are bullet casings. I once went to a shooting range and shot a gun and I kept some of the casings. But I really I don’t know. There’s something about the bullet casings I find fascinating so and their gold and their metal which are both things that are attractive to money. So I’m going to put those in my bowl as well.

So basically this is just a bunch of random Jenn things that I’ve collected over time. I’m also going to put in a euro note yeah and that’s it so I have my little money bowl. Ok I’m gonna actually fold these down a little more but I just wanted to show you guys basically what it looks like. It’s just really some coins.

So then the fun part comes so once you’ve got your bowl assembled with elements of money, crystals you can put in like a little Buddha statue or maybe like a little money tree emblem or like a photo. You can put in anything you like you guys like. You can get really creative with this and that’s why I think it is so fun.

The last stuff that you guys are gonna do is just to grab a piece of paper and write a money wish on it. So this is my money wish and my money wish right now is I make $1000, every month through my business. I wrote that on a piece of paper and I’m going to fold that up and add that to my bowl.

From here you can get a little witchy if you like. You can make like an oil mixture. Cinnamon is a good money drawing oil. You could mix pour some cinnamon on there. Make an oil do anything like that. Add a green candle. Whatever you want to do. You can get really creative with this!

So this is, you know, my take on things. Which is always a little bit on the witchy side but you get the point. It is just really a bowl with some money symbols and elements and then you can place that in the money corner of your room. Which in my room is my left bedroom window. So I’m gonna put this over there and it’s gonna sit there and attract more money and abundance into my life.

I just really like this idea. I love anything that’s quick and easy and also hands-on. I am all about the power of mindset and manifesting and all of that. But sometimes there really is something about doing something that’s hands-on and kind of artsy crafts-y that kind of connects you back to what you really want. Anytime you can write down your wish and do something with it. That is a powerful powerful statement for the universe. So that is it! Told you guys, it’s really simple and yeah I would love to know if you guys do this at home. I’d love to see your money bowls. I’d love to hear your experiences with your money bowls. I just think you should go and have fun with this and come back, report back and let me know how it went. Send me photos I’d love to see your photos as well!

So thank you guys so much for watching this video today! I hope you learned something. If you like this please do me a favor give it a like. If you have a friend that could use this message, pass this along to them. And if you want to learn more about me come on over to the website. I have a free Fear Breakthrough workbook for you guys to download over there and it is indispensable. We all have fears that we have to maneuver our way past in life and this book will really help you to get on the other side of your fear no matter what might be happening for you in your life.

So be sure to come over and grab your copy. Like I said it’s totally free. Thank you guys again so much for watching! I’ll be back here soon in the next one so until then I’m wishing you an amazing week and as always just remember get ready for the miracle! See you guys!

The 3 Kinds Of Feng Shui Luck & The Law Of Attraction

The 3 Kinds Of Feng Shui Luck & The Law Of Attraction

You probably don’t think of Feng Shui and the Law of Attraction as working together. But when you study them separately, it becomes quite easy to see that they both fundamentally deal with the same thing: combining intention with action to create sustained change.

And when you study one, it gives you fresh perspective on the other one. Which is what happened to me recently!

Often people think manifesting doesn’t work when really the problem is that they’re not doing all the work required.

You’re constantly manifesting something. The only question is do you actually want what’s coming to you?

Feng Shui can actually shed some light on those “missing steps” people are always looking for on their manifestation journey.

According to Feng Shui, there are three different factors that determine your luck (and luck dictates the speed and ease with which things arrive in your life).

This isn’t talked about in most manifestation classes but when you learn the pieces it’s easy to see how they all come together.

The process of alignment is really just all about looking at the different areas of your life and figuring out how to work with them to get where you want to go.

Because let’s face it – most of the time the biggest obstacle we face in our own life is ourselves.

Learning how to harness the three types of Feng Shui luck just gives you a better perspective on how different areas of your life can work together to better your life. It’s simply about treating your life holistically.

So if you’re ready to learn more about Feng Shui luck and how you can use it in your own life, keep reading.

The 3 Kinds Of Feng Shui Luck

Feng Shui Luck Type #1:

Heaven Luck

There is only one aspect of luck that we don’t have any control over. Heaven Luck describes all the different types of luck that you were born into: the time/date of your birth and all the various factors associated with that. It explains your horoscope along the situation you were born into in this life (country, socio-economic, family etc.).

Feng Shui Luck Type #2:

Human Luck

Human Luck is the one factor you’re undoubtedly more than familiar with! Mindset. It teaches us that while there will always be factors in our life that are out of our control, our attitude about things always holds power.

(Meaning you don’t have to settle for anything! There’s always room for you to change!)

Your attitude decides so much about what you find and receive in the world around you.

This is the kind of luck you can create with affirmations, visualizations, meditations etc. (I’ve already written lots about this so head over to the archives if you want to learn more.)

It’s also typically the only piece of the puzzle that most manifestation experts talk about. And, as you can see now, it’s only one part of the bigger picture.

Feng Shui Luck Type #3:

Earth Luck

Your earth luck is the final factor to consider – and lucky for us it’s another aspect that you can take control of.

While perhaps the country, town or building that you live in might be out of your hands, the way you choose to live with your space is always within your control.

Remember: your space sends messages back to you (consciously & subconsciously), all day, every day.

So what messages are they?

When you live in harmony with your space, you positively engage with Earth Luck. You know that feeling of everything falling into place? That’s what we’re trying to create here.

And if your space is cluttered, chaotic or just chronically disordered, your energy will be too.

Of course perfection doesn’t actually exist and I’m hardly suggesting running yourself ragged attempting to create an unreasonable (and unattainable) style of living.

But long-term patterns and habits (or lack of habits!) in your home have an impact on the rest of your life.

So it’s important to look at your space with fresh eyes from time to time just to make sure things aren’t slowly spiralling out of control.

Feng Shui is ultimately about much more than just hanging a crystal in the corner and hoping for the best.

A bandaid approach is never going to be enough to fundamentally shift your entire life.

When you truly begin to understand the theory behind the art, you’ll realize how laughable that idea actually is!

Feng Shui about taking responsibility for our space (and your life) in the most whole and complete way possible.

Including your own space.

At it’s core, manifesting is really just about the process of alignment (understanding yourself, your own motivations, where your own beliefs come from, what you prioritize in your life and where you want to go next) and learning how best to support that.

Which really isn’t so Woo Woo at all is it?

Like all other types of energy work, it all comes down to getting out of your own way.

So if it seems extreme to spend so much time thinking about your space and how you interact with it, you just need to reframe that thought.

Caring about your space is not superficial. It’s crucial because you’re crucial. It’s a huge stepping stone to creating the life you really want.

I hope this helps gave you a fresh perspective on how Feng Shui and the Law of Attraction work hand in hand. As always, please let me know how this works for you and don’t forget to share!

How to Manifest Anything You Want Using Your Home

by: Jenn

How to Manifest Anything You Want Using Your Home

Our goals, dreams and desires are our primary motivation in life. But how much time are you actually putting into moving towards them?

We all tend to lose focus and drive. When you dream big, it’s also easy to get overwhelmed by the distance there is left to go.

Any small way you can begin to work your goals into your daily life will get you ahead. And where better to do it than in your own home?

By now everyone has heard of the concept of a Vision Board. But just to recap, a Vision Board is a tool for manifesting what you want in life. The premise is simple: put a bunch of pictures and words that invoke your desired feelings on to a pin board and hang it up somewhere where you will see it every day.

Every time you see the board you become reconnected with your desires, either consciously or subconsciously.

The more that we attune ourselves with where we want to go, the faster and easier it is to actually get there.

While I love the idea of a Vision Board, but I’m also not into having actual Vision Boards strewn around my flat. (I’m still a designer after all!)

So why not expand upon the idea in a more functional and attractive way?

There are a variety of other ways to get the same effect without the fourth-grade craft collage look.

Your home is the biggest canvas you have.

Any object can be imbued with meaning and purpose – which means that you can effectively use your entire home as a vision board.

And once you realize that, the sky’s the limit! Manifesting should be fun and practical and I think this practice is both.

How To Manifest Anything You Want Using Your Home

The first step is to decide on what you want. It’s so shocking to me how many people don’t even get this far! We’re looking for two or three goals ideally but you can get started with only one.

If you don’t commit to your dreams in any real way, you’re not likely to reach them.

So get specific about what you really want.

Now let’s begin to make them real. Write them down. It sounds incredibly basic but writing down your goals is the easiest and fastest way to bring your goals to life!

A piece of paper is something that you can see and touch; you’ve already brought your thoughts into reality. The abstract has become concrete.

After you’ve got them written down, it’s time to choose a physical object to represent each one.

This part is completely open to interpretation.

I’m giving these ideas as a suggestion, not something to be followed to the letter. The most important thing is that the objects you choose hold meaning for you.

Love

  • artwork of romantic images, like roses or happy couples
  • heart shaped objects
  • fresh flowers, likes roses or pink peonies
  • pairs of objects (no lonely singles!)
  • colors: red or pink

Money

  • jade or bamboo plants (but all types of plants are good!)
  • images of coins or lush landscapes
  • bowls of fruit
  • anything gilded or gold or green

Success & Fame

  • Burn candles in your fame & reputation Bagua zone
  • objects that represent fire like triangles or cones
  • images of animals, people, sunshine or even celebrities that you admire
  • framed quotes or affirmations that resonate with fame
  • display any tokens of success or achievement prominently
  • any items in the colors red, orange or pink

Improved Family Relationships

  • photos of happy times with your family (no photos of a single lonely figure)
  • healthy plants or fresh flowers
  • floral print artwork or even wallpaper is another option
  • wooden objects
  • family heirlooms

The whole point of this exercise is to find something that resonates. So it doesn’t require spending lots of money. (But of course if you can afford to, then go for it!)

It also doesn’t matter where the objects come from. You can work with tchotkes that you already own, buy something brand-spanking-new or let the objects come to you at a thrift store or garage sale. Have fun and let the universe serve you with this one!

I hope this exercise inspires you to dream big, take action and start to work towards those goals!

How To Work With Feng Shui Colors

by: Jenn

How To Work With Feng Shui Colors

Color is a hugely important aspect of design! And every different aspect of conscious design backs that up: psychology, Feng Shui and traditional design all have a whole lot to say about the subject.

And while it’s important to choose color with all of those different aspects in mind, today we’re just going to peel one layer back and explore the world of Feng Shui colors.

How To Work With Feng Shui Colors

Despite its superstitious connotations, choosing color with Feng Shui is not all about painting everything red for good luck! The idea behind Feng Shui is to strive for balance! Too much of any one element is never a good thing; that’s why it’s always best to use a great mix of color and material to balance things out.

Fortunately that jives perfectly well with the trend towards eclectic modern styling! From a design stand-point, always strive to create a pleasing balance between warm and cool, masculine and feminine. Creating a balance of two extremes is actually a great interior design idea in general; it creates interest through tension.

You can also use color to fix any Feng Shui no-no’s or personal issues you’ve got. The ultimate goal is to improve your health and well-being through an intentional use of color. So consider your own needs carefully as well as anyone else who uses your space often.

And remember color is light and light is our number one nutrient! Absorbing a full spectrum of color throughout your day leads to a better general sense of well-being.

How To Work With Feng Shui Colors: A Guide

Feng shui colors are divided into five basic elements:

Fire Colors

Feng Shui Colors Fire

[ source]

Fire colors are great for creating energy and providing motivation and recognition. Any fiery tone will enthusiasm for projects at hand, so consider using pops of red in your office. Plus warm tones are also great for the bedroom or even living room.

Represents: energy, passion

Where To Use: best used in the South bagua but the Southwest and Northeast baguas are also good.

Red

Red is the strongest representation of the fire element! Adding a bold red hue brings joy and excitement and enhances passion in romantic relationships.

Pink

Pink offers a more soothing and gentle take on the universal color of love. It’s gentle vibration has a proven soothing effect, making it an excellent choice for any bedroom in your home.

Orange

Orange is the most social color and offers a muted version of the benefits of red. It’s perfect for environments where you’ll be doing lots of entertaining like kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms.

Purple

The color of royalty is another very high-vibration color. Purple is a great choice for healing rooms or meditation spaces. It’s also great when used in small amounts or muted tones.

Yellow

Shades of bright yellow offer happy and uplifting vibes. It’s an excellent choice for kids bedrooms, the kitchen or even the living room.

Earth Colors

Feng Shui Colors Earth

The earth element offers nourishment, stability and protection, especially for your personal relationships. If you’re looking to enhance your own health or increase stability, earthy tones like sand and beige are a smart choice. Bedrooms and other social spaces (like the living rooms) are excellent choices to concentrate on this element.

Represents: stability + nourishment

Where To Use: the Northeast + Southwest baguas. The center bagua is another great choice for earth tones!

Pale Yellow

Pale buttery yellows and sandy tones are perfect for creating reassurance and calm. Think about using them in spaces where you’ll be interacting with others like the dining room or living room.

Metal Colors

Feng Shui Colors Metal

Metal Feng Shui colors offer precision and efficiency. They help to create and sustain a sense of calm and clarity. They’re a wonderful choice to add to any space but are of particular use to a home office.

Represents: clarity, precision

Where To Use: the West and Northwest baguas

White

Representing purity and innocence, white absorbs all other colors. An excellent choice for most rooms in your home.

Gray

Gray represents clarity and neutrality. It’s a great choice for rooms where many people need to share the space or rooms where you need to let your creativity shine.

Water Colors

Feng Shui Colors Water

[ source]

Water element colors add calmness and ease, purity and freshness. Water symbolizes abundance, making it the perfect choice for those looking to increase wealth. It aids with both concentration and creativity, which means blue is an excellent choice for that home office or art studio.

Represents: calm, abundance

Where To Use: Water colors are the best fit in your North zone, they’re also a great fit for the east and southeast zones as well.

Black

Black might seem like a strange choice for interiors but there’s that old designer rule that no room is finished without a hit of black! From a Feng Shui perspective, black represents depth, mystery and the unknown. It brings stronger energy to any space but it’s not an ideal choice for the bedroom or kitchen.

Blue

Traditionally associated with calm and tranquility, blue is an excellent choice for those who need to maximize their chill time.

Wood Colors

Feng Shui Colors Wood

[ source]

While wood colors enhance growth and healing, they’re also a cure for wealth and prosperity. They’re a great choice to balance out other heavy materials (like the porcelain of a bathroom). Real wood elements have an extra high-vibe boost. If you’re looking for change or to grow what you’ve already got, wood colors are an excellent choice.

Represents: vitality, growth

Where To Use: the East + Southeast zones. The South bagua is also a good choice.

Green

The color of energy, health and growth! Green is nourishing and balancing to the body. Try using a mixture of several different shades to maximize its healing benefits.

Brown

If you could use some strength or grounding energy in your life, brown is an excellent choice. It’s nourishing energy is helpful for those who need to rest and rejuvenate.

I hope you enjoyed this quick guide! Please share this if you enjoyed it & I’ll see you back here next week!

5 Ways To Zap Your Mental Blocks!

by: Jenn

5 Ways To Zap Your Mental Blocks

Feeling blocked is something that we all experience from time to time! That confused and lethargic feeling usually arises when we’re feeling exhausted in one way or another. And it can take a long time to get better unless we actively focus on fixing it.

Does any of this sound familiar?

When you feel like your efforts just aren’t working out.

When you feel like you take one step forward and two steps back.

When you feel on the verge of something great happening but something always gets in the way.

Yes? Then you’re probably experiencing a mental block.

7 Signs That You’re Blocked

  • feeling drained or tired
  • attracting drama in multiple areas of your life
  • cluttered space/desk
  • mood swings
  • chronic money issues
  • other chronic or repetitive issues (work/love)
  • just not feeling like yourself

There are a few different ways to deal with mental blocks. And some blocks will require a lot more work than others! But this list of remedies has something for almost every situation:

5 Ways To Zap Your Mental Blocks!

1. Declutter / Rearrange Your Space

A constant dance is required to keep our homes active and energized. Without movement and motion, things get clogged up energetically — and that can be passed on to you. And the best way to deal with it in my opinion? Attack it – literally. That means decluttering your space and switching things around to make the energy flow more evenly. Give your home (or at least your bedroom) a thorough cleaning and decluttering. Then analyze your space for any Feng Shui no-no’s and fix them as soon as possible.

2. Use A Mantra

Part of the process of getting unblocked is retraining our minds. Those old negative thought patterns are what’s keeping you from making progress. If you constantly say to yourself super strong statements like “Oh this stuff always happens to me!” or “That kind of person never likes me” your brain will begin to believe it (even though it isn’t empirically true!). So the first step is to stop yourself in the act. Only then can you begin to control those thoughts by replacing them with something that’s more positive.

3. Sweat It Out

Being physically active is a great way to release blocks. If you’re struggling through a problem, going for a walk or taking a run has a magic way of unlocking your brain and letting new ideas come out. If you’re stressing about something or feeling up against a wall, taking even five minutes for a physical activity can make a massive difference.

4. Bathe/Swim

Being in water has an enormously restorative effect on us mentally and physically. It brings us back to our center, feeling present in our body. Plus since water is a natural element, being immersed in it naturally raises our vibe. Taking a long bath or shower is also super-easy to do!

5. Chakra Healing/Reiki

Your personal energy field is another space where a lot of blocks can build up. While there are loads of healing meditations and cleansings you can do to help yourself, sometimes the best thing to do is to seek the help of a professional. Making an appointment with a Reiki practitioner or chakra healer will zap your Chi or chakras right back into alignment. And your mental state is definitely worth the cost.

I hope this helps you get on your way to clearing your mental blocks! If you enjoyed this, please remember to share it! See you back here next week.

A Quick & Easy Guide To Spiritual Travel

by: Jenn

A Quick + Easy Guide To Spiritual Travel

I’ve just returned from a whirlwind week in London with my parents and it was fantastic. I love traveling, even just for short spurts. One of the reasons is that it always gives you a fresh perspective on your own life. Just taking a little distance between yourself and your usual world allows you to see things in a fresh way. I always return from a trip (even a short one) feeling reinvigorated and inspired.

But with that said, traveling can also be energetically exhausting.

There are several reasons for this but here are three of the most common ones:

Traveling forces us to become really present in our day, which is actually a great thing. (That’s also why days feel so long while we’re on vacation.) It forces us to go off the auto-pilot way of living that we all fall into, where our brains and bodies can seemingly let go and relax. It forces us to really think about what we’re doing in every moment, to figure out schedules, transit and food. It forces us to process every little thing around us instead of just the important things. None of this a bad thing! But being fully present is not how we’re accustomed to living, which is exactly why it’s so damn exhausting.

The disruption to our regular routine is another reason. Last week not only did I skip my regular meditation practice but I found myself consuming way more beer and pub food than I ever thought possible. Part of any trip is the loosening of our normal routine. It’s fun and even healthy to play hooky from our normal behavior. But it doesn’t take long to begin to feel completely out of balance and ultimately more susceptible to stress, irritability, poor sleep and even illness.

And, finally, where we sleep always has a big impact on us. Hotels, as lovely as they can be, are just never as good as the comfort of our own bed. From an energetic perspective, this makes absolute sense. Everyone carries an energetic imprint where ever we go. And the place where we leave the most of that imprint behind is the bed. Beds are soft and absorbent to this energy. Plus we spend hours of time (our most intimate and unguarded moments) in them at night. Beds accumulate energy incredibly quickly. So of course, hotel beds are always full of the energetic gunk left behind by other people. And of course, that’s not very relaxing!

So as amazing as travel is, it’s definitely not without its hurdles! Identifying the issues is only the first step; after that, it becomes much easier to learn how to cope and make the whole traveling process more relaxing and enjoyable. And fortunately, there are loads of ways to increase ease and make traveling a more spiritual practice.

A Quick & Easy Guide To Spiritual Travel

1. Bed Thwacking

Bed thwacking is something I’ve learned about from the queen of space clearing, Karen Kingston. Karen recommends bed thwacking regularly, whether you’re living on your own or not. But it’s especially important to do at the end (or beginning) of a new relationship. (Who wants to invite the energy of the previous relationship into the new one?) It’s also important for hotel rooms because of just how many people spend time in the space.

So before you climb into your hotel bed, it’s time to give it a good thwacking! This one’s super fun to do though! All we’re really doing is dispersing the accumulated foreign energy out of the bed and into the air where it’s much easier to get rid of. Ideally, this is done with something like a baseball bat but we’ll have to improvise since we’re on the road. Just hit the bed with your fists, making sure to get every little bit. Thwacking will let you sleep more soundly and calmly – as well as help to remove any leftover travel tensions!

2. Space Clearing

Space clearing is my all time favorite for fixing the energy of a space, therefore allowing yourself to truly relax. And again, the hotel room is one place where this is really needed.

I’ve written lots about space clearing over here so go check up on it. The process is easily adaptable for hotel rooms but you’ll have to take a few extra precautions. Sage is super-effective for space clearing but also very smoky. So for hotel rooms (where you really don’t want to set off a fire alarm) I recommend opting for a small piece of palo santo. As a bonus, it’s very easy to pack!

3. Bring A Travel Altar

Traveling is often about saving space and moving around with as little as possible. But I always save a little room for something special. A travel altar is a great way to center yourself in your space and remind you to indulge in your regular routine. Just as an altar is a highly personal thing, your travel altar can be composed of anything that’s important for you.

I almost always have a crystal (pink quartz FTW) with me, but you can bring a photo, mala beads or tiny figurine. I don’t recommend using a real candle in a hotel room but a battery-operated one is a great substitute. Set them up somewhere you’ll see them (like on a dresser or nightstand). Then throughout your visit, take a moment to stop and take some deep breaths whenever you see it. (Read more about creating personal altars right here.)

4. Mini Feng Shui

Take a look around your hotel room for any obvious Feng Shui no-no’s. There are often quick switches you can do yourself to improve the room’s Chi. If there’s a mirror facing your bed or aggressive images on the wall, try to cover it up with a scarf. Remove any pointy objects that are directed to the bed. Open the windows and let in some fresh air if you can (another great way to help dispel any lingering energy). Keep your bathroom door closed to avoid flushing away any positive energy. Try to avoid beds that face the door or beds that back onto windows. If there are things you can’t change or if things don’t feel right, go ahead and ask for another room.

Then unpack your things as soon as possible and try to keep your room neat and organized. Clutter is problematic even in a temporary space!

5. Create Mental Space

Travel is a whirlwind of activity and noise so making time to sit down and process it all is key! Journalling is a quick and easy way to let your mind start to process. There’s no real trick to this: just open up a blank page and go. I love to use my computer but some people prefer to do it by hand. Either one works. It’s the process of letting your brain go unfiltered that’s the magic part; the tools are just a matter of personal preference.

If journalling isn’t your thing, think of another way in which you can slow down and process the contents of your day. Going for a walk (without an agenda or phone to distract you) is another favorite way to do this. Simply allowing your mind to go off unfettered is amazingly for reducing stress!

6. Meditation

Meditation is the best way to become centered and present in your body and mind. The process of meditating isn’t about beating your mind into submission; it’s simply about creating some distance between you and your incessant thoughts. There are multiple ways you can try to meditate; for beginners I suggest going for a mantra or doing a guided meditation. There are loads for free on YouTube! I recently tried this meditation from Jessica Snow and I highly recommend it.

I hope this helps you in your spring & summer travel plans! Let me know how it all goes.

Oh hey there friend! πŸ’—There are lots of new f Oh hey there friend! πŸ’—There are lots of new faces here & it's been a little while since I last introduced myself. So hello! My name is Jenn & I'm on a mission to connect you to your MAGIC.I teach you how to create the life you want by using your MIND.You might have heard that you can use the Law of Attraction to attract what you want through your emotional states.Which IS true. But most of us don't realize that our THOUGHTS create our emotional state.Repeated thoughts become beliefs. And those beliefs create our MINDSET.So when you have a low sense worthiness around ANYTHING you happen to want to manifest, you WILL see only lack and limitation. You WILL buy into the old programming that tells you you could never do/be/have that. You WILL secretly self-sabotage and get in the way of the very things you want so much.I used to feel lost and down on myself. And I used to HATE what my life was like. But something inside of me was pointing me in the direction of learning more about spirituality and personal development. The more I learned about manifestation + the brain, the moer the pieces began to click together. And the faster my life began to RAPIDLY change!(Check out my story on how I manifested my book deal for example.)I'm telling you this because I KNOW you can create so many of those dreams of yours, if you JUST learn how to get out of your own way.And that's what I'm on a mission to do, every single day.Want to work with me? You can get started with manifestation with my Manifestation Journaling Workshop.Or if you're ready to go deeper in a private setting, drop me a DM to learn more about my hypno-coaching program!AND PS - I'm also about to launch my Recode membership site (which I'm SOOO excited about). So stay tuned for that! But I'm SO DAMN EXCITED to have you here for this journey! And I thank you so much for being part of my little manifestation community. Now--let's TRANSFORM!
Getting on the manifestation train, who's coming? Getting on the manifestation train, who's coming?Emoji me below if you're part of Team Manifestation! πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
What do YOU need to believe to create your next le What do YOU need to believe to create your next level-reality?Remember: your old beliefs created the life you're living now.But instead of getting upset about that, it's SO much more useful to think on where we want to go next.So what do YOU want to create? And what do YOU need to believe in order to get there? This is the CREATION part of being a Conscious Creator: meaning that YOU get to decide on what your life looks like. But you also have to do the work to CREATE it, starting from the inside out.So get excited about what YOU are going to start believing in next! & happy weekend to you #teammanifestation !
