Raising your vibration is something we all need to do now and again. When we fall into unhealthy life patterns we begin to attract more of the same.
It’s just like changing the radio station!
And that’s easy to do when it comes to your space! It just takes a little extra effort beyond your normal cleaning schedule.
Try any (or all) of these suggestions whenever you are feeling low, stuck or just in need of a quick boost.
Tip 1: Open those windows!
Fresh air is one of the best ways to remove stagnant energy and raise your vibes. Develop the practice of keeping your windows open when you can to let the air (and light) flood in.
Tip 2: Rearrange your furniture
Moving your furniture around gives you literally a new perspective on things. This is a particularly great activity if you are feeling like you’re in a rut. Change begets more change so give it shot.
Tip 3: Clean your floors
Dirt and germs are not high-vibe! Even though you clean them regularly, an extra-thorough scrubbing can make a big difference. So get out the mop and bucket and go to town. Water is they key ingredient here. To really amp things up, try mixing in a little bit of salt (another high-vibe element).
Tip 4: Play some high-vibe music
Sound is another powerful and easy way to lift the energy of your home. I like to listen to chanting for this purpose but you can listen to any happy-sounding songs you like. That means songs about love are okay but songs about heartbreak are not!
Tip 5: Add a plant
Plants are living so they automatically have a high-vibration. The effect is the same whether you go for something big (like a fiddle leaf tree) or something small (like a succulent). I have something of a black thumb myself but there are lots of easy-care plants that even someone like me can take care of. Snake plants are a particular favorite of mine, for their spiky shapy and variegated leaves.
Hopefully, these tips inspire you to raise your design vibe!
